Regret to inform you that I had purchased Costly pair of shoe from Mumbai on 18th Nov2007. I am surprised that suddenly The sole of same pair has been removed and at present it is not in usable condition with in six month of short period.

Pl communicates if required I am ready to send the Photograph with scanned invoice copy with credit card payment receipt of Reebok India.

Your immediate action for Refund of money or replacement in this matter will be highly appreciated.

I will give you 1st reminder after 3 days Hence pl take this matter seriously & inform status ASAP.
