I'm sending one parcel from Waidan(Singruli ) to Tamilnadu state, Nagercoil near by place ALANVILAI (629809). i'm booked at one Waidan collection centre on 17.12.08. The parcel cover has reached today in my house safely. But inside thing missing what is doing the PROFESSIONAL COURIERS. Where is the professional?

Reebok Kit — No delivery after taking the payment

I made a booking on this phone on Jan. 31st, 2009 an made the payment by Credit card with a condition that the goods will be delivered within 21 days with two additional items i.e. a wallet & a keychain.

The booing no. is [protected].

The date of delivery was till Feb. 20th as per the commitment, however NO DELIVERY HAS BEEN MADE till date.

I called your office on Feb 22nd and learned that you do not have my address and even my name is not correct with you.

Your people claim that there is a technical fault and hence they will take another 7-10 days from today.

I got a courier person visiting my house three days back and asking for a payment of Rs. 3100/- against my booking! When we informed him that the payment has already been made, he told us that he will come next day, NO ONE CAME AFTERWARDS.

This is just an abuse as your organization they took the money with a commitment and do not bother to deliver the goods.

considering above why an FIR is not lodged against your organization

I had ordered for Reebok kit vide order no.[protected] dtd. 21.03.09 and got confirmed through SMS on 24.03.09, that my order is processed. As, I was been told at time of order, the kit will be delivered within 21 days of order, I am still looking forward to receive the same. I have complained on your helpline no.[protected] on 10.04.09, 16.04.09, 18.04.09, 21.04.09 & 24.04.09, but found that the persons attending the call are not aware of the delivery status, hence of no vain.

Now Should I forget my money i.e.Rs. 2, 998/- made to you through CITIBANK or I will be getting the kit, please confirm.

I ordered the Reebok Kit on 10th April 2009 and I have not yet received it. By all means this kind of lapse from your end is unacceptable. You mentioned that my consignment was lost in transit and you have reinstated my order. But why was I not informed on the same? You must keep the customer informed if there has been a lapse from your end! Furthermore I have serious doubts about the attention and detailing from your management team. Mr.Azeem Khan was supposed to get back to me and write to me on the status of my order on 18th May 2009 which he never bothered to do! If the senior management is lacking the customer focus I have reservations regarding the commitments of the organisation. Your organisation has failed miserably to keep up to my expectations and I shall NEVER EVER order through India Today Book Club and share my thoughts with friends, relatives, colleagues and business partners. Please note that I want a full refund of the Reebok Kit that I have ordered since you have failed to maintain the committed time line and also when given a chance to revert back on the same you did not do so. I have rightfully asked for my money back and I will appreciate if you can process the same and send me back the money within the next seven working days.

I hope atleast this time you will not fail to attend to a customer's need!

I sawa a newspaper Add in Allahabad and found the same attractive "Pay 2999 and get a reebok kit worth 10395/-.i then called on tool free number[protected] also on[protected],i was explained about the add in newspaper , later the executive himself told sir you will be receiving a call from our end please place the order once you receive a call , I got a call and he comformed me the below mentioned items in order,if found wrong please check the recording.
1Reebok tracksuit,Reebok shoes,Reebok bag,Reebok towel,Reebok classic watch , and if i place the order through credit card i will get a Reebok socks .also i was promised a Air travel voucher worth 7000/- for one person which can be used within one year..
Later when i got the kit ,Reebok wrist watch , socks and Air travel voucher was missing .Request you to checkand gt back to me as i think i am fooled.

i have booked two reebok kit on 3rd Dec.2009. at that time i have paid that total amount for two kit from my credit card and still i am having that all documents regarding payment which i have made.

The issue is still i have not received that reebok kit, and i have talked several times to customer care but nothing happened till date.

i am sending you my credit card bill in which the transaction happened, so go through it and do needful urgently before i do anything legally as i have all documentation with me.
