[Resolved]  Idea Data Card — Regarding internet speed

I HAVE A NET SETTER OF IDEA
IT IS EASY CONNECTED AND EASY SURFING TO ALL WEBSITE BUT ONLY ONE SITE THAT I HAVE A MEANINGFULL WAS NOT CONNECTED SOME TIMES OR NEVER.

I am Pankaj Mishra, using idea data card IT also Known as IDEA NET SETTER since 20 days have problem regarding internet speed and network. When I connect it to the PC, it shows Connected, but there is no receiving or sending data. yet it don’t have network also.(It is easy Connected and easy Surfing to all website) This word said by Idea Executive .When I open any page including Google then it displays the page load error. Please take any action on it.
I shall be highly obliged.

I am Puneet Kr. Chaudhary, using IDEA NET SETTER from last 8th month but since 21/5/2009 when I am recharge my IDEA NET SETTER the dealer say that the card is recharge but up till now the recharge message of my data card is not received on Text box, but my data card is working, Now from the same day of recharge the problem regarding internet speed and network will start. When I connect it to the PC, it shows Connected, but the speed is very low.(It is easy Connected and easy Surfing to all website) This word said by Idea Executive .When I open any page including Google then it will take 15 minutes to displays the page . Please take any action on it.

The connection is very slow. Not worth the monthly charge of 500. Please take some action for misleading advertising.

dear sir,
i m also facing speed problem in data card .

I brought IDEA DATA CARD, But as soon as i insert the data card my computer hangs, I am using AMD processor LE1200 with 2.15 GHz, 1 Gb RAM, Several Time I have tried with different data cards every times it hangs, but while removing the sim card from data card it works normally but with missing network. For Other i.e. Reliance its working promptly.
Please suggest me what is the problem only with idea data card.

IDEA DATA CARD — No network coverage at Kanti Factory road, Patna

For last five days when I connect my idea data card, it has been found that only GSM network has been shown on my computer. No internet connectivity is being started till now. On complain with idea personal, they said there is cable cut in that location. Please resume services at the earliest.
