[Resolved] Regional Passport Office, Bangalore — New Passport not received | |
Respected Sir/Madam, My name is Abhilash Nair and I am filing a complaint on behalf of my uncle, Mr. Velayudhan Anil Kumar. His old passport got expired and hence he had requested for a new one via post. Even the police verification procedure was completely afterwards. This is also noted down when he checked the passport status online. Dear Sir.
My name is Vijayalaxmi Nair and I applied for my Passport on 22/03/2010 under File No: A00663010 and my date of birth is 09/04/63. at Bangalore.
Till date I have not received my passport nor any letter from your side if any query side.
I would like to inform you that I have shifted from
Ahmedabad and my police verification has been done in both the states.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange to send the passport at the earliest

As my self MUMTAZ BEGUM. i had been applied for passport on 02/June/2010 and my file no is BN[protected]. still i have not received my passport when i check in status it show still it is in police verification but i have submit all my document to them as they ask me on 22/June/2010. till the date i have not received my passport.so i kindly request u to take action on it.
