[Resolved]  Regional Passport Office — passport not processed yet

my complaint against to passport office in delhi , R.P.O. near bhikaji cama palace, about five month passed but till now passport not processed even first step yet, police verification done on last month till now not reveived by passport office, 10-12 times goes to passport office, they always says till now we not recevied police verification report we can't do any thing, they always told me go to police department,but i have submitted to passport office not to police dept. no concentration on my file,all details of my is :
