Iam an NRI residing in Dubai. My brother's name is Mr. Srivatsan Ramachandran who has applied for his passport on 5 FEBRUARY 2009 with ref. no: B000823. The process of police verification is finished on 25 FEBRUARY 2009. The status shown in your online page is
" 2 nd IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE DESPATCHED "

There are two reasons i.e., your information on online is FAKE or the despatch department has not done their duty.

We are wondering why it takes such a long period to despatch it to the concerned person. It had been 66 days and yet we have not received the passport. His vacation will be over at the time he receives his passport, we suppose.

We are feeling bad on such a delayed passport system in my home town. This is request to all the officers and authorities concerned to the object of this complaint. Please despatch the passport as soon as possible. And also please enter only true and fair information on your online system.

Awaiting for a call from our native that my brother has received his passport.

Regional passport office. — pp for renewal not yet received for 2 months.

I have submitted the form and money for my pp renewal on 17/09/2010.

As of now i do know nothing about the status of my passport.when i check through the website it is stating that "file is under process".

The worst thing is my pp is for just renewal.

Being Indian is sin?????????

Regional Passport Office — Passport not yet received

I have applied for passport renewal on 3rd Jun-2010. After that I have waited for 2 months, for police verification process. No One come for police verification, So I went to the Hyderabad Regional Passport office, they said, Fill PP form and I will get police verification in 2 days. I filled the form. On 10th day Police verification completed. Police Inspector said I would get my passport within 30 working days. I didn’t get my passport till end of Sep-10, so I visited Gachhibowli police commissioner passport office, which is head office of my area for police verification. Responsible Inspector helped me to find out my passport status, and he told me that all verification is completed and file is sent to Main Regional office on 2nd Sep-2010. He had given me print out, which was stating the all file no, bundle no, etc. With that Print Out I went to Regional Passport office and meet to there PRO, and One Lady IAS officer. She said, I would get passport in one month at my mentioned communication address. I waited one month but didn’t get my passport till end of October-2010, so I have visited again to Regional Passport Office. Their PRO again said that I would get it in next 15 days. Till date 27th Dec-2010, I have not yet received my passport.

When ever we go there all Govt people giving very bad response, and not providing proper information about my passport status. They all people response to all broker in very well manner way with their fixed commission based.

I don’t know to whom go and asked for help. If any body know, let me know , how to get passport in legal way.

Hi my name is Dharmesh Dadlani,and had applied for passpoet in november 2011.and its been 15 days since my police verfication has been done..and they also asked for the BRIBE of rs 300..by saying that its the fees which is been charged by everybody.i dont think so there is any fees of rs 300 whic we have to pay to the police people.i hope the matter will be looked in into.and it can save our hard earned money

I Miss Soumya Rashmi Pandey have applied for my passport on date 27.06.2012 vide File No BH[protected]. The police report has been submitted by the respective thana and review report has been submitted by letter No 2238 / IB dt 09.10.2012. Please help me to get the passport at an early date
