Regional Passport Office, Bhubaneswar — Re-issue of passport | |||
Dear Sir, I submitted the passport online application at Bhubaneswar passport seva kendra to reissue of my passport (expired in May 2013), which I need urgently for my foreign visit. Then I visited passport seva kendra on 19/06/2013 (Old passport No. E5326363, File No. BH[protected] and submitted all documents. During the submission initially one verifying officer was telling my NOC (Since I am Govt. employee) was not in proper format, but the final verifying officer allowed to submit the form without any information. Later on from the status I found the application was on hold due to very verification of some document. I tried to contact the RPO by e-mail, fax, and telephone (which they never receive although the number is given) to know the exact reason but I did not receive any response. Finally, I submitted a revised NOC on 12/07/2013 after that they had given the acknowledgement where status was mention as granted and till one week web status was showing your passport has been printed and you will receive a sms when it will dispatch. Unfortunately, from 19/07/2013 the status is again showing Passport application is under review at Regional Passport Office, with no reasons. I really surprise to see that for a Govt employee where police verification is not required for even re-issuing the passport we have been so much harassed without any information. Since the passport office is 500 km away from my place it’s a real harassment to visit again and again, without giving clear information to the applicant. I also have a big question whether the online system is for make the system smooth or complicated? I am drawing your kind attention to take necessary action to clear my passport. re — About passport status
Dear Sir/Madam,I (Rekha Poriya) applied my passport application form on[protected]. The file Ref No-A045499/2008.Police report is cleared on[protected]. Every time when I am checking the on line status, the status just say that "police report is clear, Application is under process" Pls display the recent progress of my application.

PASSPORT OFFICE — Issue of Passport
This is Dilshad Zahara, D/O Syed Haroon Raza Zaidi, from District Mirzapur Utaar Pradesh. It is to inform you that I applied for fresh Passport in July 2008 (File Ref. No.LKOZ700180), ( SBI Draft No. 194630, Draft Date[protected]. I had a successful enquiry also, but I did not get any further information after that for a long time when I enquired I was informed the the passport on the same no. (File Ref. No.LKOZ700180)was issued to someone else in 2007. In 2009 I was given a new File Ref.No. LKOZ700115.But now when I use this No. to Check my Passport Status, it shows that the number is not valid.You are therefore requested to look into the matter personally and take the necessary action to get me issued the passport as early as possible.

Dear Sir,I am resideng of hyderabad, my husband is working at haryana, i had applied the passport on 4.08.2010, and police verification was done & he is written that i am staying from march 10 onwards, in fact iam satying last oney year onwards, it is our owan house.
Police is told that you write other PP from for your husband stay also,because you are stayed their some times also with him.
Then i had submitted the PP forms to RPO, Hyderabad, the status is not changed, so again i went RPO and I had submitted another Two times also, but still in status no change

i have not received my passport after all enquires done.i have issued my passport form in april 2007.my passport form no. is 963382
