[Resolved]  Regional Passport Office — Passport Status

Myself is gurminder and i have applied for the passport in 21-May 2008 and my police verification has been done on 7-June but still i have not received my passport even my status is also not updated in the site and reg the same issue i forwarded a mail to [protected]@hub.nic.in but still i'm waiting for the revert.

I have applied for the Passport in visakhapatnam with passport file no A014763.I have finished Police verification in vizianagaram and Hyderabad.Now i am staying in Hyderabad.But when i enquired in police station, Kukatpally they given answer that already finished verification, we have forwarded your file.But still i did not receive my passport.Please issue my passport or can i apply for tatkal passport.

Regional Passport office — credit card settlement

My bill due was nearly Rs7000 and after interest it grew to nearly 15000.I have made a settlement from Regional office at Rs8000.I was out when i receive the bill of nearly 15000.after settlement i paid nearlyRs4500 and the rest i was about to pay but suddenly yesterday i received a bill of Rs27000 to be paid.I was unable to understand what rubbish is this and what the bank exactly want.if the bank want money from the court then whats the use of settlement.
plz help me that what should i do, do i pay the rest amount or we will see in court i cant understand plz reply me quicly.I even talk yesterday to Mr.A.Rashid at Regional office.

I have applied for the Passport in visakhapatnam with passport file no D001528 Key no[protected]. I had submitted Police Verification certificate (from Janatacolony Malkapuram) ten days ago. Still it is showing Police Verification not submitted. So kindly check this and issue my passport as early as possible.

Regional Passport office — how to confirm that ECNR is done or not

i am having query regarding my ECNR. my passport is issued in 2003 and i went for ECNR MY PASSPORT Office in ahmedabad. when i got my passport though post there is only one stamp in DELETED whichis onthe matter of ECR and ECNR and file number wriiten over there. and there is no any other stamp for ECNR so what i need to cconclude thatmy passport is having ECNR or not

Dear Sir,

I have applied for my passport renewal on 29th oct 2008 ( Nearly 5 months back). I have not yet recieved the passport . In the online status it is showing that " Police report has not been recieved". Since i am staying in chennai presently, i have requested for file transfer to chennai on 4th march 2009 through adalat. Still file not recieved at chennai RPO. I request you do do the need full. I asked one agent in Hyderabad to do this job of shifting my file from hyderabad to chennai. he is demanding Rs 6000. For Rs 1000 passport worth we are forced to pay 6 times more than the actual amount. I have already spent Rs 5000 for various expenses.

I missied an oppurtunity to visit Japan for meeting vendors. I tried 124 time through phone to reach Mr Murthy ( grievence officer) It is just ringing, no body is bother to lift the phone. Regional Passport office — Delay in issue of Passport.

Dear Sir,

I have applied for Passport vide No.008580/2008, but even after the lapse of more than one year I am not in receipt of Passport. In the meantime I have registered my name for "HAJ PILGRIMAGE - 2009" and I am badly in need of Passport. The Police Verification Report has already been sent to Regional Passport Officer, Bangalore by the Superintendant of Police, Gulbarga vide Lr.No.689 in April 2009 only. Even then till today I have not received my passport.

Please expedite the same for Haj Pilgrimage.

Regional Passport office — not receive my passport

i had applied for the new passs port on dated[protected] with all documents at new delhi and my file no is Z 066716
after that i got the letter from regional pass port office about the dicrepancy about my birth place is not cleared on dated[protected] which i was recieved on[protected] immedately i submit alll the document which was mentioned in the letter.still i not recieve my passport.

Can I please get an answer to my grievance? In spite of my several reminders and meetings with the people personally in Hyderabad I have not got an answer to my problem. I don’t understand the kind of HARRESSMENT we are being put to just for a RENWAL OF PASSPORT that too applied on TATKAL for a MINOR of 6 years.

Please place your self in my place and see what if your daughter had been missing school since 3 months. How shall the child cover the portion? And now the school is not willing to wait and want to strike her name off the roles. How much concern would this be to you.

Please sir, Can some officer look into this matter and let us know why we are being harassed since 4 and half months for a minor passport renewal.

I have been told 3 weeks back that the passport is in the dispatch center when I check at the dispatch center they don’t give any answer. I am not sure if the same is true.. The status on the website of the passport office was never updated. Except for the police verification update done.

Hoping that I be able to solve this problem in this week .Since after six month in UAE the visa will get invalid of my daughter. Which again is a concern?
