Regional Passport Office Chandigarh — passport not received | |
Dear sir i had applied for passport for my daughter(minor), which does not even requires for police verification being minor case on 21 february 2009 under file no Z808062, but did not receive the same even after five months have gone. the status querry on official website shows that'' due to unavoidable circumstances the passport could not be delivered earlier but now will be delivered in a weeks time'' for three months now. Most respectfully and with humble submission the following few lines in your good
sanguine, I am Sandeep Kumar having Passport Application No. CH[protected]
and DOB is 03/01/1984, I applied for the passport on 03 Nov. 2010 but till date I
did not received my passport due to that I am facing difficulties more than twice
I left opportunities of the work, So I am requesting to you please assist me for
further and take indispensable action against this matter.
