[Resolved] Regional Passport Office, Coimbatore — Non dispatch of PASSPORT | |||
Date:1 July 2010 I had applied for passport in January 29, 2010 at Erode Regional Passport Office and its been more than five months. My passport file number is Z250181.Till now whenever I inquire about the status of my passport I was getting the same message "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time". I was getting the same message for the past 2 months approximately from 1 May 2010. So I tried to know the status by tele-inquiry, and I got telephone numbers from the website, http://passport.gov.in/coimbatore.html#teleenquiry. I'm trying to those numbers given in the site about more than 30 times in a day, but there was no response. I don't understand the usage of the tele-inquiry.Now to whom I have to contact, I'm totally confused. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have raised this complaint on Jul 1, 2010 But its forwarded on 9 May 2014 after more than three years which is of no use for anyone. I now understand consumercomplaints.in itself is a waste website. Passport Office Coimbatore customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

I had applied for passport in January 8, 2008 at Coimbatore Passport Office and its been more than an year now of waiting. My passport file number is Z 350276.Till now whenever I enquired about the status of my passport I was getting the same message of Demand Draft being removed and under progress notice. Now I could not even see the status of my passport as one year has been completed. What is holding my passport issue even after the police verifications? I have sent mail to [protected]@tn.nic.in regarding this complaint and cannot see any action been taken so far.

I had applied for passport in[protected] at Coimbatore Passport Office and it has been such a long waiting. My passport files number isZ404503.Till now whenever I enquired about the status of my passport I was getting the same message. Even if I enquired directly in the office they assure me with in week they dispatch. This complaint and cannot see any action been taken so far.

I applied for Passport vide application No.CBEA00412209 dated 18.02.2009 and Police verification completed on 20.03.2009. But till now (29.04.09) www.passport.gov.in website shows as 'Police Verification report not received'. I enquired with Passport office -Counter No.7 and they replied wait for some more time. I request Passport Officers to kindly look into the matter seriously.

I have applied for passport under reference number Z350885 dated 9.03.2009 along with Form B
Identification issued applicable for central government employees. On enquiring the status report it is observed that Police verification not completed though not applicable in my case . Please look in to the matter and arrange to issue Pass port.

respected sir. i get my pasport in trichy 1993. nw my pas port expired last january. stil now i renewl my pasport. nw am setteled in Pollach, hw can i get pass port, please guide me, thank you very much.

My file reference number is W050003.When i checked for status, it shows that "the file reference number is either wrong or information not available".When i called the passport office, they said to inquire in the post office.In the post office, they said that they are not responsible. I have mailed this problem to cbe.[protected]@mea.gov.in many times. But i dont get any reply. Please do the needful to receive my passport.

I have received my passport one month back. I found TWO MISTAKE.
S in my passport.
1. PIN CODE NO. MENTIOND 637 207 INSTED OF 637 001.
2. PLACE OF BIRTH MENTIONED NERAVY.TAMIL NADU. INSTED OF NERAVY. PONDICHERRY.
I have applied with full correct details passport no is H2547155.
Pl give advice for the above mistakes .

I have applied against lost of my passport on 30.04.09.also my file no.is CBED000236. i have check up in web site status, but it showing " Police report has not been received".
In this regard i was asked my related circle police station, but still they have not yet received my verification related documents.
my doubt is against applied for lost of "POLICE VERIFICATION" required or not, if reqired but still not yet received any document my related circle police station evenafter i approch many time.
kindly advice us what kind of action to do to get my passport immdly.

But till now (03.06.09) www.passport.gov.in website shows as 'Police Verification report not received' last website updation is 02.06.2009.In this regard i was my Trashed circle police station and District Head police office the Police verification completed on 3rd week of March & The Report dispatched to Coimbatore Passport office on Ist week of April.I have mailed this problem to cbe.[protected]@mea.gov.in many times.
