Regional Passport Office, Ghaziabad — Non Issuance of Passport even after one year

I had applied for issuance of a new passport on 06.07.2012. Police and local intelligence unit have verified my documents in the month of Oct 2012. I sought some information under RTI on 03.08.2013.
