Regional Passport Office Hyderabad — Delay in submission of police report

I G Raghavender Reddy s/o G Jaipal Reddy has applied for passport in the month of january in the General post office at Abids Hyderabad. The person authorised sitting there has checked all the details and said that the documents and everything were fine and issued the application of system generated number as hydw250130. After 45 days I have been called by a pass port officer to sign the documents and submit the Nativity certificate and I have submitted all that and every thing was done. Now it is after 100 days for more than 3 months it is showing as even the police report is not received till now. I do not know why the delay is and it so embarassing that the complaint has not been received. The person who has conducted the inquiry was Pandya Naik. The police station under which i fall is Addakula(mandal). Please make sure that the thing is done as soon as possible.
