I have not received my passport even till date

I had applied for Re-Issue of my International Passport after expiry of 10 Yrs. of my present Passport with necessary documents on 27th January 2009 . My File Ref. No. : CAL - B[protected]. Even my Police Verification was not done by Passport office till to-day . Then when I shall get my Passport ? Because I need my Passport Urgently for Business visit to abroad .
So, I request Regional Passport Officer/ Appropriate Authority to look into my Case personally and take adequate steps to despatch my International Passport early.

I have an immense complain against Regional Passport Office, Kolkata that they despatch my Passport without ECNR Stamp at my Intl. Passport, Where I attached my Honours Graduation Certificate with Passport Application Form . So, I have the Right to get it . I got my Passport on 11th April 2009, being the Passport No. H 4316289, Date of Issue 30 . 03 . 2009 . My File No. CAL - B[protected] .
In my Old Passport they also did not gave this ECNR Stamp, Where I also attached my Graduation Mark Sheets . So may I ask Why the Mistake again ? Is it willingly ? Do you have any Right to harash an Applicant ?
This inconvenience cause is too much regretted .

I therefore request RPO / Appropriate Authorities to look into my matter personally and take necessary steps to provide ECNR Stamp at my Passport .

Online status of the application is showing that the Police Verification Report has not yet been received by your office. However, on enquiry with the Security Control of Kolkata Police, it was learned that the relevant report has been dispatched on 4th September, 2009 vide despatch no. 15344.

I am Pooja Singh, i have applied for my passport on 11 feb 09 and my police verification has been done before 2 and half month and i am very regular with checking my status in system where it has been written that your passort is supossed to despatched on 4 sep09 and after 10 day they have update with due to some unavoidable circumstances we are unable to despatch your passport and it will be despatche within this week but i have visit on 5 nov to italy for that i need to done my visa and ticket at earliest so for that on 07 oct i went to Regional passport office kolkata.Where i came to know through my agent that my passport is suspected.I do not know when my police report was clear then why it happened so.Pls Sir help me as i do not know what to do next.

I applied for my renual of passports on 30.03.2010 . My 1st passport issued from nagpuro 1
my file no Cal B 008691 up to 11/05/2010 in net it is swing police verification has been waived i visited passport office on 11/05/2010 they asked me to fill up the personal verification for police 12/05/2010 i again submit the personal verification form, on 07/06/2010 police came to my house and they send there report to passport office on 11/06/2010 but passport office recipe the same report on 19/06/2010 after that every time they give me 10 days time that may be i received my passport to day i visite to enquary they ask me to again come on next monday or tuesday also ask me to attend job as early as possible, i have job in oversee the also ask me to attend job as early as possible, I dont know why they not issue tmy passport and i want to know when they despatch my passpor.

I regret to inform you that I Ms. Debashree Chakraborty whose Receipt no. is EW[protected]IN, FILE NO. CALW05012210 has not received the passport yet. The receipt was dated 02.02.10. My police verification was done in the month of April yet I have not received my passport. Being an outstation candidate of Kolkata I was told to write an application to the Director to issue the passport from mu residential area that is Asansol, I did so yet not received the passport.

WITH DUE REVERANCE, I would WANT TO STATE THAT I HAVE APPLIED FOR THE PASSPORT RENEWAL ON DATED :[protected]. BUT TILL DATE HAVENT RECEIVED MY PASSPORT.
IN INTERNET IT IS WRITEN {You are requested to call in RPO/PRO/Suptd.Shri __________ on any working day between 10:30 A.M to 12 Noon}.i got transferred to some other locationa nd it nt posible for me to come and meet the person Face to face.None of the officers pick up the phone numbers given on the internet.Initially few documents were missing and hence sent those through courier.i checked with the couriers service as well and ther it shows that it has been recieved by the passport officers.
This is really very ridiculous.neither they reply to emails, nor phone calls.
What can we do in such situations.
