[Resolved]  Regional Passport Office — PASSPORT NOT RECD

Dear Team
We have applied for passport on[protected] . On checking status on website , it shows Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined from last one month
My file Reference No. is JPR-Z[protected]Megha Sachan)
My husband file Reference No. is JPR-Z[protected]Rishi Upadhyay)
We have been trying on their landline numbers([protected], [protected], [protected])but no one is picking phones and have written several mails at rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in but haven't recd any revert from last 2.5 mnths.
If Police report is Incomplete , what can be done or what additional details can be provided by us , we are unable to know anything
