[Resolved] Regional Passport Office Mumbai — DELAY IN PASSPORT | |||
Dear Sir I Have applied for possport on dated 24.04.2008 at RPO Mumbai personally. Required documents were varifiedv with originala and found OK.On dated 18.06.2008 one letter issused by the passport office having a note - " You are requested to call on this office and meet the PRO on any working days between 10.30 to 12.30.Please bring your original ration card / School leaving certificate/ Birth Certificate / Marriage certificate." I Have Send a request mail to RPO Mumbai that I Have submitted above required document and varified at the time of application submission and Police varification was also over at that time.Due to some my personal problem I was unable to visit the RPO Mumbai but on dated 22.07.2008 I Have visited to RPO with applicable original documents and shown to concerned person.Time to time I Have contact to RPO by help line and get message your passport is under process . On dated 26.11.2009 I Have gone through internet and found the status - It is regrat due to some unavoidable circustances the despatch of passport has beed delayed and will now despatched in a week time.But I have not get passport ,on dated 01.02.2010 I have again go through internet same comment was there and I have mail to RPO but no any reply received from RPO Mumbai. On dated a letter is issued by RPO Mumbai that your file is closed. During two year span RPO Misguide me and I missed my many carrier opportunities in abroad. dear sir i appllied/renewal of passport my police verifi cation is over and passport was to be dispatched on sep14 2010 i have still not recived my passport my details are file no z923743 key no [protected] name keith harvey maximus viegas pls look into the matter thanking you k viegas.. Dear sir,
I mr. eric joseph sanil had my earlier passport with validity till 2017. but unfortunetly all the pages was full with lots of arrival/depature and visas entries, according to that, I have been informed to apply for new passport on line, and was called on 9th of november 2010, I have submitted all my documents accordingly on this date, I have also cleared the police verication. But till date I have no information regerding what is happening about my passport, I cannot check my passport status on line because I have misplaced the receipt, if can any information about my passport, I will be very grateful and tankful to you, my application no was BOMI[protected], my e-mail Id is mr. [protected]@hotmail.com my landline no is 26049017, my mobile no is [protected]. So if any if you can help get information about my passport I will be very thankful and grateful to you.

On dated 29.03.2011 I enquired at passport office via phone call and was told that my passport wil be despatched by[protected]. .But I have not got my passport till date, on dated 22.04.2011 I have again gone through internet same comment was there and I have mail to RPO but no any reply received from RPO Mumbai.it just says that it is under process.
please update me as soon as possible as i have to go abroad in a months time
