Regional Passport Office, Ranchi — Not received passport in six months.

applied for passport in january 2011 at ranchi passport office. it has been received by them, they have encashed money from draft i had sent. but didnt send my passport yet. i called many times, either they dont pick up the phone or else do not reply with correct information. Being a government employee, police verification and CID investigation should not be done but CID investigatyion was done. dont even reply to emails. Complaint/Grievance registered to PG portal, Govt of india in march but till date no action. also rang to Officials at ministry of external affairs, delhi but no action. they asked to send details at one email id which does not accept emails.
