[Resolved]  Regional Passport Office, Kolkata — delay in passport receiving

Dear sir
I applied for the passport of my wife Mrs. Sukla Bose(File No-A064945/11) and my daughter Miss Sarita Bose(File No-A064944/11) on Dt.05/07/2011.The police verification by local police station Baranagar(24 pargana north) was made on 06/09/2011.The same report was sent to D.I.B.24 pargana north on the same day and DIB sent the report to passport office on08/09/2011.After query it was learnt that it is not complete because their birth place have not been verified.My wife's birth place being Kolkata medical college 0n 05.03.1950 and my daughters birth place Aurangabad, Maharashtra on 28.10.1985.Both are Indian citizen by birth.since till November 2011,the report for verification did not came ,I enquired the matter to R.O.of Passport Kolkata. They asked me to submit personal particular form for both in duplicate,which was submitted on 01/11/11. I met A.P.O.in room no -3 of passport office ,as I got a letter from passport office to submit the same.A.P.O. could not help in any way except what is given in your web site against file No.
Since the passport are of very urgent as I have to attend a seminar and convention at Bangkok by Rotary international(As member of Rotary,Kolkata south suburban) and there after to other places organised by Rotary Bangkok.They have offered concessional rate for other family members which I like to obtain for them.There is time for registration which is obviously within this 2011.So I request you to send the passport of my wife and daughter without any further delay. I am having my Passport no- J 7593745
A sympathetic and early action is requested.
