[Resolved] Regional Pf Office, Bandra, Mumbai — PF Claim Setlled by EPFO BANDRA MUM on 12/2009 but cheque still not received | |||
Dear Sir, My PF Account No MH/15544/13744 was settled on Chq.no. 872062 dated[protected]. Per instructions from EPFO BANDRA my claim cheque was sent to the banker in the Dec’09. I have contacted my banker and they have sent me a written note stating that they have not received any cheques and have also not returned any cheques. MH/15544/13744-SAVNEET KUMAR SHARMA Form 19 Claim settled vide Chq.no. 872062 dated[protected] for Rs.10458/-, drawn on PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, SHAHPUR A/c no. [protected] Pending still date Form 10C Claim settled vide Chq.no. 591041 dated[protected] for Rs.6073/-, drawn on PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, SHAHPUR A/c no. [protected] has received on my account Has been forwarded to your banker in Dec’09. Kindly check your bank statement for the period. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to EPFO BANDRA through emails and phone but to no avail. I have also written to Mr. Samirendra Chatterjee ( Chief Provident Fund Comissioner) & Mr. Mathew ( Regional Provident Fund Comissioner Mumbai) but have not received any response. i lost my pf account number can u help me out to find. or can u tell me the procedure to get my pf account number its provident fund ( bandra ) no one is helping me i went to the bandra pf office & they asked me to get frm company were i used to work earlier .but the office got changed & the name of the company also it is taken by bigcinemas . every week i go to bandra office but they always ignore my complains
I have cancelled my PF account in January 2010 and my previous company was submitted my
PF cancellation form to the PF Office on 14/05/2010.still I didn't receive my PF amount.
I have contacted PF office through email and I got the reply that till now they have not
received any application bearing a/c no. MH/18734/25918. But I contacted several time my
previous organization (Patni Computer systems ltd) they are very sure that they have
submitted my PF cancellation form to the PF Office on 14/05/2010
