Water Development Society was closed in the year 1993.My PF amount is with your office is unsettled due to lack of authrosied persons (Employer side). I have 19 years deductions from 1973 to 1993.
Please guide me how ican avail my amount before my death.

I was retired in A.P.S.R.T.C. on 30.6.2007 with pf a/c no.41138 and pension was sanctioned vide PPO No.44779. Accordingly pension was credited to my bank a/c in ICICI Bank, Hyderabad upto Nov., 2008. I submitted life certificate in the month of November, 2008. Though the pension of that month was credited in my bank a'/c, by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Commissioner, the pension from Dec., 2008, to Feb., 2009 has not been credited to my bank a/c so far. Kindly help me for release the pension with arrears.

HSBC Electronic Data Processing I P Ltd. — Non receipt of PF.

Sir, I was an employee of HSBC Electronic Data Processing Unit at Bangalore.
I have resigned from the company in Sep'03, but till date I am yet to receive my PF amount from them.
I did submit the claim form to their Humar Resourses department.
I also send them reminders, but they did not revert to that.

Dear Sir,

I was working with Satyam Computer services Ltd. I left Satyam on 05th of September 2008.
I have filled PF withdwral form and send that to Provident Fund office on 02/02/2009.
My PF Number is AP/23034/35454

That form was correctly filled by me and processed by my previous company (satyam).

I have been trying calling Hyd PF office but it seems that they are busy in playing telephone nos game.
One is telling me to call some other no and that person again is telling me to call the earlier no.

Please help me to get my PF amount credited to the ICICI A/c mentioned on that form.

I am an ex-employee of Satyam computers services Ltd., Hyderabad.I have sent the Form 19 and 10C duly filled to the payroll - Satyam.Now they say I have to owe some money to them and inorder to the prcoess the withdrawl of PF, i need to clear the amount.

Dear Sir,

Presently I am working in M/s. Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd having its HO at Kolkata w.e.f. 13.10.2008.

Earlier I had worked with Uco Bank, Mid Corporate Unit, 4 & 4/1, Red Cross Place, Kolkata -700 001.My P.F.A/c. was 45169. I resigned on 11.10.2008 from there .

As I am not receiving any confirmation from Uco Bank regarding my PF amount wheather it will be transferred to my new PF account or will be credited to my account by cash or cheque.. Its my hard earned money and I am not sure what is the status of transfer of balances in Provident Fund . It looks like my all letters to the bank have gone into astray . I would request you to intervene into the subject and let me know the following:-

a. Confirmation statement whether Provident Fund will be transferred to my new account or it will be paid to me and what is the existing balance in my account, separately showing interest, principal and pension fund.
This information will help me a lot to my family for their future resources.

I was working in Typche Peripheral System Ltd during the year[protected]. Now that company name changed to Enso Secutrack.

From August 2008 I sent my PF Closing Form to Enso Secutrack. But that company returned my form for non submission of SSN Form. The PF Officer told to me, the SSL Certificate need not to them.

But, Again I Applied with SSN Certificate. Still Now the Company (Enso Secutrack) did't take any action about my settlement.

in D ec 2008 & when I meet the PFoffice on 1-4-2009, they have told that my pension was sanctioned
of Rs 700/-pm & PPO NO 50180 is given by them

I had received a letter from Employee Provident Fund Organisation - Hyd on 09/04/2009.
In which it stated that EPF a/c settled and cheque no. 413766 dt 25-03-09 for 20, 369. and EPS withdrawal benifit settled vide cheque no 569201 dt 24-03-09 for 6, 630. Have been sent to b credited to my bank account.
Chk no 569201 dt 24-03-09 for 6, 630, had been credited on 08/04/2009. But chk no. 413766 dt 25-03-09 for 20, 369 i still pending and there is no correspondance regarding this.

I have also enquired with the bank and have received no such amount.
I request you to please help in retreaving the above chk asap.

This is related to my PF account number AP/23034/18692 - withdrawal. I have courier-submitted all the requisite duly filled in forms at your Hyderabad office. I have not yet got the amount on my bank account after close to 3 months of submission. I was told by Satyam it normally takes 1 month from the date of submission for the amount to credit into bank accounts. This is a 2nd followup, the first one being a letter that I couriered. I have not seen any action from your department. Please let me know if there is any information gap that I need to fulfill, I would comply to the same. I have applied form 13 (R) On 31.07.08 for balance Pf amount transfer purpose, then I have received one letter from your office on 30.12.08 form 13 (R) rejected. After contacting overphone at your office, then They suggested me apply to apply for ASR form for balance 6 months amount.


I have applied ASR from two times on 09.02.09 & 29.04.2009 with Employer signature one is sent through professional courier on 09.02.09.Second one is through Register post with acknowledgement on 27.04.09.aleardy I have received acknowledgement card with your office stamp Dt.29.04.09. after receiving the acknowledgement card with your office stamp.I contacted at enquiry No.[protected], still They are saying that my ASR form still not received.Once again I am enclosing the acknowledgement card for your ready reference.
