Dear Sir,
I wish to draw the following facts for your kind information and necessary action:-
1. I was employed with M/s. CARONA LTD. from 01.06.1962 to 01.02.1995. Due to the financial crunch in the company, after serving of nearly 33 years service I opted VRS from the company services w.e.f. 01/02/1995. My last assignment was based at Jaipur(Rajasthan).
2. After the retirement from the company services I had been shifted to Kota (Rajasthan) permanently. My previous correspondence address is also changed as per details given below.
3. It may please be noted that I had submitted all the related papers viz Pension scheme 1952 (Form-19) etc to your office at the time of my retirement from Jaipur office in the year of 1995. Copies of the related forms are also enclosed for your reference and necessary action.
4. Till date I have received only one installment of Provident Fund in my Account No.9945 on The Bank of Rajasthan Ltd., Kota.
5. Since I was shifted to Kota (Rajasthan) and due to the long period of my sickness I was unable to contact your office constantly.
6. I am also enclosing herewith a copy of PF Account balance received from your office as on 1992-93 for your record and needful.
7. Till date I am not being started to receive my monthly pension regularly instead of completing all the formalities long back. You are requested to kindly send the applicable pension regularly in my Account No.99451 (The Bank of Rajasthan Ltd. Branch:Kota Junction).
8. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange to send the applicable pension amount at the earliest.
It would be highly appreciated if you could help me to overcome the financial burden of this old age.

Have received a letter from ICICI Bank stating that all required formalities have been completed. The Association offered a Special Voluntary Retirement Scheme and I took the voluntary retirement from the Association on 04 March 2005. I had filled in Form 10 - C for Family Pension and forwarded through my then employer Loss Prevention Association of India Ltd. in the middle of 2005 along with other supporting statements as required by PF Department.
Almost all my collegues have either received the Scheme Certificate from your department (for applying at the appropriate time for Pension along with Form 10D ) or started getting the Employees Provident Fund Pension. I am very sorry to state that in spite of nearly five years having been passed,

I have resigned from my previous company in dec 2008 and was told that i have to wait for 60
days from the date of the last cheque issued to us by the company, i recieved my last check
on 13 Jan 2009 and was told to submit my form in March 13 2009 which i did. after wards i
was told that after one month i need to call the company to check the status, which i have
done on the 13th April 2009.
Hence was told by my finance dept the documents are submitted but there is no
acknowledgement no come from the PF dept. i need to wait for 60 days more as that is how
long it takes. I dont know what is happening.
Why is the delay Every month our provident fund is cut on time without delay then why when
we have to get the same it is taking time.
Is there someone more higher that we have to speak to in order to get our own PF amt.

I was an employee of M/s.Hawkins Cookers Ltd, Udyog Mandir No.2, 7-C Pitamber Lane, 3rd Floor, Mahim (West) Mumbai 400016 and my PF No.MH/6333/Exm/17/862.
The withdrawal form was submitted on July 24, 2008 by M/s.Hawkins Cookers Ltd. Whenever I calI Bandra Office, they say that my papers have not been submitted by the Company and is not showing any record on the computer. To my surprise, how can the PRO say that there is no record shown on the computer whereas the letter is acknowledged by them on July 25, 2008 with a ancknowledgement from the PF office.
I would therefore request you to kindly enlighten me about the current status of my claim for which I shall be grateful to you.

Respected sir,
My name is M. Vijaya kumar i worked as a software engineer in i-flex solutions Bangalore. Since one and half above year i have been waiting for E.P.F tillnow i did't receive it. If i send a mail to them they
said we have forwarded your E.P.F application to the head office Mumbai so you have to wait 6 to 7 months.
They are telling the same dialog since from the begging i left the office. I don't know whats happening there I don't know how much time to take and to wait for it. Please sir kindly let me know when it comes us.
