[Resolved] Registered Letter — Non-delivery of Registered Letter

I sent a Registered Letter, Receipt No. RL A 9857 through VWTC PO (400005) on February 3, 2010 to the President, Maitry RBI Staff Coop. Group Housing Society Ltd. Plot No. GH-30, Sector 56, Gurgaon - 122001, Haryana. The registered letter has not reached to the addressee so far. It contains important documents. Kindly deliver it urgently to the addressee. I sent regisrtered letter to USA on 25.07.2011 vide no RD[protected]IN from IPHO, New Delhi to my brother Dr Rajiv Aggarwal, 4315 April Meadow Way, Sugar Land, TX[protected] USA.Till now even after two and half months, the same has not delivered. I have complained the Post Office 2-3 times but no result. Will the authority take it seriously and arrange the delivery at the earliest.
