[Resolved]  Registered Letter — Registered letter untraceable

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am unable to track a registered letter sent on 13th November, 2010 from Hydrabad to Panchkula.
The registered letter receipt number is: 744133.
Sent by Karvy Computers Private Limited, Hydrabad, to Mr.M.M.Kapila #594, Sector - 11, Panchkula 134109.
I tired to trace it online but there is no option availble to track a registered letter on the official website of India post. (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/)
Also there is no need to mention the lethargic attitude of the Post office staff for helping out to track the post.
Kindly help me in to try and locate the post as it relates very important to me.
