Dear,
Madam/Sir,
I had sent a registered post to New Delhi from Guwahati by registry letter no. RLF 7814 on 10/12/2009. But till now they have not received the letter in New Delhi which is very embarrassing.
So, I kindly request you to look into the matter at urgent.
