I am highly unhappy to write to you about the awful experience with the Reliance 3G Net connect data card connection that I bought on March 12th, 2012. Since the day one I have been having issues with the connectivity, the services are worthless for even a penny and I have been trying to get in touch with the customer service. Most of the time I could never get connected to the customer care, if by chance I got connected to them, they would interrogate me with so many questions as if i have made a mistake calling them. On completion of first monthly cycle I requested them to disconnect the connection they allured me with emails and phone calls and offers and promised me the best customer services. Besides those were utter words and no actions. I have made more complaints on phone and via emails than the number of time I actually used internet through this data card. The worst part was the the costumer care staff was highly disrespectful and not ready to offer help and absolutely ill-mannered. It is a shame that being employees of such a huge firm and serving for there product they cant be respectful towards the client.
I demand to get my refund and get this connection disconnected ASAP(as soon as possible) with no compromises. I hereby want to declare that I will not make any further payment for the data card services as I am highly unhappy with it and I have been asking them to disconnect the connection. I have made the last payment on their request which were utter words and no action.
I am here to request you that please help me in this situation and I want to make people aware of this Inefficient product and inappropriate behavior of the customer service staff. I appreciate your help.
