Reliance 3G — sim not activated

i have purchased 3G dongle with IMEI no. [protected]. on 23.9.11
from Goyal communications,SF Road , siliguri vide bill no. 1179 .The same has not been
activated yet after 4 days whereas i was told that it will be operational within 48 hrs.

Every now and then i have been told that the people in their Mumbai office are looking in the matter.
