Balance deduction

Dear Sir ,

I am Apurv using Reliance Sim card.my number is +918055523200 They used to deduct my account balance without any permission or even they don't notify about deduction.

Many times i called customer care and told about the problem but it is still unsolved.

Recently my balance got deducted by 15 rupees today (28 may 12 )
when i called customer care they said you have activated MCA.

When i said i didn't activated it they said it don't happen automatically .
but it happens with me many times they do activate many services without my permission.
I got news that there is Rule from TRAI that they can't deduct balance without customer permission.
but they are doing it

please help me out with this

Hi my cell no- 8144095907. Reliance cellular service deduct 12 rs from my balance wen i call to customer care executive they said you download song so your balance is low. But i said its not from my side plz give me complain number or connect my call to any manager then he said call at morning time, I asked for his Emp id then he replied in abuse manner that you il not get ur balance at any cost, do what ever you wan.

I am totally unhappy with this type of response given by a well reputed company's employee.

Plz take care of this type of issue its cheating or stealing money from customer pocket..

I have been using reliance connection for more than an year.
From the past few days, some balance gets deducted from my main account due to automatic activation of some services which your customer care executives say has been activated by me.Its happening over and over again and I am losing my money each time.
I am fed up of reliance. Kindly do the needful if customer satisfaction means anything to you.

I am using Reliance CDMA number 7428337432... I was in roaming on 3rd June 2011..i recharged my number with rupees 50 in the night at 8pm..in the morning when i woke up i seen a message on my phone that your balance in 5 rupees,recharge your account for uninterrupted services. I called on RIM customer care they told me that there is a service activated named FUN pack on my number for which they have charged balance...i ask him who how the service activated they told that i got a call...but i didn't get any kind of call because in roaming and could not receive any call in roaming due to low balance. I did not got any call after 8pm in night and in morning when i checked they deducted my balance. So please take a positive action towards these kind of shameless activities of telecom service providers. They charged customers without any reasons..

i did not any call or sms for service activation, so please take a kind action towards my complain..

yeah he is right. this happens frequently in reliance, they deduct balance without any reason..plz take care of complain..

I am regular costumer of R.Com but I am really disappointed since 1week,as on 14august I had done a recharge of 26(SMS pack) and on 17 or 19august there came a message from your side stating that 1paisa SMS PACK is due on renewal on 17– aug-2011,I don’t know why this message was from your side and then later my balance was deducted without any reason, then I tried to call your complaint number 198 but since one week all your executive are saying that systems are on updation. Later I called your costumer number *333 to have this issue solved and they registered my complaint there, but I told that guy specifically my issues but on 23aug.2011 a SMS from your side was there mentioning that my SMS Pack has been deactivated. I don’t know why your executive are sitting there, I need you to hear my that call which I did from 09953875164 and log a complaint against that agent. Also on 23 when I called to make this issue resolved on *333, Ms. Aparna (I think so) had talk with me, I want to specially launch a complaint against her as without listening to me she disconnected my phone.

We are not sitting here to call & mail you all time, as from our buzzy schedule we try to call you then your executive behave like this.

I need this to be solved in two days and refund my money otherwise I have to complaint this to your seniors.so please arrange a call back to me as soon as possible.

NOTE:
1.Balance was deducted on 17 or 19august
2.SMS Pack got deactivated Rs.26/-

BALANCE DEDUCTION & IMPROPER RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE

Hello Sir/Madam,

I Shagun Jain (9017785433) is a user of Reliance mobile connections......I am fed up of the daily balance deductions from my account. I have been facing this problem since months, but this time its really not tolerable.

In last week of July,2011, i deactivated my sms pack of Rs.39 at (1p/sms with validity of 1 month).
On 14th august, 2011 it was activated again without any notice. I called the customer care (198) several times.....first 7-8 times they told me they have a technical updation of their system going on.....After that they said, we cant refund you the money because it was too late after the service activated.
On 27th aug, 2011 my Rs. 10 balance was deducted without any reason... There was no response on customer care (198) as well.
On 29th august I e-recharged my no. with 200.
On 30th aug, my Rs.3 were deducted.
On 1st sep, my Rs.3 were deducted again.
On 4th sep., Rs. 30 were deducted automatically.

When I call the customer care (198, *333), (its going on since 10 days) they instruct me to press the desired digits for filing a complaint., but just when they are about to connect me to their customer care executive, the call gets disconnected on its own!!! I have called them around 50 times since then, but I always get the same response.
My total balance deduction in all, amounts to Rs.85.

I request you sir to please refund all my money, Im fedup of trying reliance customer care.

When ever we earlier called on customer care for complain,they just say mam you have activated it !!
I don't how these packs are getting activated automatically. We are not dumb's who don't know how to use mobiles and SIM's.

Please resolve the problem as soon as possible. I'll be really obliged.

Thanks for the quick action taken! I talked to Neelam Mam. She resolved my problem,
but still some amount is left to be refunded i.e. Rs.16. Also Im not able to connect to the customer care executive yet...by any of the numbers.

This issue has not yet resolved, they told me that they will refund it and till now it has not been done.

It’s very hard to write for such a matter. I have been customer of Reliance GSM since start of 2010 and my mobile number is 8102373301 issued in the name of Amrita Kumari Sharma.
Unfortunately every time I recharge my number, my balance has been deducted. This number is of Jharkhand circle. It’s has always been a painful experience to recharge my number with valid top up as I always have been in loss. I have talked with customer care to deactivate all the services activated in my number but failed to get positive response. The condition is such pathetic that from last 6 months I am not getting trace of customer care service or the number at which these person will pick up my cal.
It’s my humble request to deactivate all the services on my mobile 8102373301 as my thousands of rupees have gone in water. Now I am left with only one option i.e. to change the operator.
I got a call from the company customer executive after my first complaint but now once again my balance has been deducted. This is my third complain and still after every complain my balance gets deducted. I strictly told her to deactivate all the services and in fact she did it for some time. I don’t know the reason how come it activates automatically and deducts all my balance amount. This is simply cheating and a fooling the customers.

I have a reliance gsm connection bearing no.9692120735.
During last 2 months,balance has been deducted many times from my account.It is became a habit to see that account is deducted by,Rs 30,RS 15, and latest is deduction of Rs 3.In last 6 days i have been charged Rs 3 for 3times.For the first time I have ignored that,then it happened for the 2nd time.This time I called the customer care where I have been said that this is one time charge and it will never happen again but only after 2 days again when I wake up I saw a msg on the screen,and when I checked my account,Rs 3 has been deducted.Then I tried the customer care the whole day,but I failed.
It all happening at around 5:00 am in the morning
They said that it has been requested from my side,but truly telling I never wake up before 8:00 am.

I request Reliance to look into the matter as it is not a problem for me only,my 2 brothers has reliance also bearing nos.9778783493,9692478564 and they are also facing the same problem of balance deduction.

If no step is taken then We will go for alternatives as there are lot of them.

Only advertisement by expensive actresses will not help,There is something other than that which is called CUSTOMER SATISFACTION on which reliance telecom team should start thinking.

if it is a technical problem,then it should be handled technically.

I am Chittaranjan Mohanty using reliance gsm sim bearing no 9692478564.During last 5 and 6 days balance has been deducted automatically from my account.
I tried to contact the customer care but failed.This is happening again and again not only with me,but many other reliance users I know.
If this will continue then we will stop using reliance.

Hello,
My Name is Narayan Kalra my mobile no. is +919827211381 & i am using the Reliance GSM Service last 6 years, but nowadays from last 2-3 months balance is deducted without any information sometimes Rs.20 sometimes Rs.30 every month, whenever i recharg my mobile its deducted suddenly & i did n't activate any service on my mobile.
Some service is activated on my mobile without my knowledge which i never needed at all, for this i also call on Reliance Customer care for deactivating of this kind of services but there is no action from that side and i am afraid of this kind of Services from Reliance.

So, please look into action for resolving this issue.

I am totally fed up by the reliance GSM service. Every time at the interwal of 10-15 days they automaticaaly deduct 30-70 Rs from the balance , even without requesting for the same. Their customer care number is never available. Please look uo into the matter and do the needful

Sir reliance gsm network has deducted my balance for using GPRS service but I have net pack in my device.when I asked them to resister a complain they said it will be register after 2 days as your one complain is in pending.and after two days when I registered the complain now they are saying we can't refund your money back as we have only 3 days details.so we can't refund you the deducted balance.i have all the recording of complain.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a reliance customer with the number 9015950402. I recharged my same mobile number with 1500 rupees on 11th May 2013, as per the plans I should had 13 GB 3G data for 3 months but I got only 1GB data. Now i contacting the customer care but they are not helping and all just disconnecting the call so I directly mailed to the company. Below is the details of my mail and the reply I got from Reliance but They have not solved my problem yet.

Hi,

My name is Neeraj and using 9015950402. I use this number as a modem on my mobile and use to recharge with 1500 for 12GB data for 3 months ( now 10 additional if recharged online) . I recharged my mobile on 11th May 2013 at 01 AM and in morning I found my 3G balance left only 1GB. How can it be possible I used all the data in night while 3G was not working and its still not working till the time I wrote this mail.

Kindly look into the matter, no body is helping as contacted 4-5 times on customer care and visited 3 Reliance store in Noida.
Herewith enclosed the recharge receipt for more details
