Reliance Big Tv — Faulty settop box | |
Hi, It has been 1 month till now where i have raised 4 complaints for faulty set top box of Reliance big TV. But till now nobody have responed.. And whenever I contact their call center they always raise one more new complaint...but there is no one who attends the compliant. I am not sure how to take this forward.. I formally want to raise a consumer court compliant..since my one month is already gone waste though I have paid for the entire year in advance... Was this information helpful? | |

Same problem with my setup box and same response from the customer care, always they tell the setup boxes are shortage but the will not give any timeline when they are available and when it will be fitted. Worst DTH service from BIG TB and I have paid for the entire year
