[Resolved]  Reliance Big Tv — Set Top Box

I am also having same problem of freezing and screen hangs up so many times.
Actually, this service of Reliance is not fit and the Customer Care Support is very Bad.
such type of things are very frustrating.

I am facing same problem in Reliance BIG TV.
I think problem with NEW model SET BOX. My Niegbour is using old model SET BOX and they have no problem such type.
please advise what should we need to do with this BIG TV.
i think we should surrender Connection then company will take action.

my set top box suddenly went off, last three months several times i was complaint it, but still no action, but they recovered 175 rupees in my account for the problem was solved, what can i do, my problem, did not clear but i lost my money, please arrange to solve my complaint.my set box no[protected]

till this time no one attended not even a call. while enquiring at toll free one operator mr.salam is not giving proper reply. as the scheduled time 48 hrs are going to lapse, plz arrange for early rectification.

My setup box is not workingfrom Six days I called up customer care at that time they said they will send a techinition to my house in 48 hr and my problem will be resolved .my complaint book on 1 st april Complaiint no.[protected] till now 6 day no 1 come, now m trying customer care no [protected] they put the call in waiting line i wait on call for 5 min no 1pic it up now cant make a call cal is blocked at first step u want hindi or english language now I fedd up with this reliance big tv plz take it back i dont want your service my card no is[protected] and i am from chennai sowcarpet And my balance is wasting day by day
