[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — Bad customer care services. | |||
I have registerd a complaint for re locating my reliance big tv connection by calling the customercare number. They have provided me a Req. ID and said, the issue would be resolved within 24 hrs of time. But within 24 hrs, i never received a call or any updates from them. Also, I called the customer care number again and again. They just put me in hold for hours without a proper reply to me. Any person in the customer care section and technical section do not have a proper idea and they speak as they like. Dear Sir,
I am not satisfied with Big TV ( DTH ). Its channel list is very high compare to
airtel. No Regional channel like ETV Jharkhand/ Bihar.
I want to replace it. If possible then plz return my money back. I don't want
to continue it. My smart card no. is[protected].

BIG TV — Bad customer care service
Hi,I am existing BIG TV customer(ID[protected], I recharged my account with 200 Rs, even after the 3 days the amount details are not updated on my BIG TV account.
I trying to reach BIG TV customer care on[protected], I getting this call connected once in 100 times..
3 times the call was on hold for more than a hour time.
Its a bad experience from BIGTV customer care. Please rectify the service ASAP.
Otherwise I suggest we need a serious action on BIG TV Unit.
Here my few words, I have ever seen this much bad experience with any other service.
