[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Bad behaviour of retention department | |||
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I (Vipin Kumar Gupta) am using Reliance Broadband since last one year. I am very much satisfied with the services but today I got a call from retention department for bill payment. They asked me to pay the bill. I asked her to waive off the late fee in my bill because it was due to company's mistake.But instead of giving me a positive response she was talking to me in a abusive language. Her behaviour was very bad which lead to loss of one customer to reliance. I will get my bradband connection disconnected very soon. Kindly take appropriate action in against of the executive.
