This problem is still not resolved and its again a great trouble from reliance's sucking service.

Check that below 3 complains are closed without resolving issue and i made 4th complain in last 3 day after talking your customer care around 6-7 times.

Recently i made my last complain with you and again no answer that it would be resolved this time.[protected]

our compalinas are like a joke to you which gets closed without solving or informing us.
it is great loss of work/time/energy and money.I personally suffered 3 days with reliance and could not complete my assignments on time and took a lot of pain of talking customer care again and again.

My sole purpose of CC'ing this mail to all contacts i could see on http://www.rcom.co.in is that at least people know how issue is getting resolved under reliance and this is at most i could do before quitting reliance service.

Hi,
I made payment of Rs.689.00 against bill of Rs.688.21 for the May month on may 24th.(receipt no: S[protected]
I also got confirmation e-mail for the payment and mode of payment was cash.

After the payment i expect my suspended services to start in couple of hours but it didn't.After that i called customer care and made a complain regarding this that i am getting suspended services message even after doing payments in cash.They took my complain and assured that this would be resolved in max.24 hrs..[complain no.[protected]]

I waited for whole day but the issue didn't resolved and also there was no followup on my complaint then i called again in night regarding my complaint and got answer that they are looking and put that as urgent.
next day the situation remain same for the whole day.Then i called again in night on second day and i got answer that my complaint is closed without informing or calling me if issue is resolved or NOT.

Is making a complain is just waste of time? if my complains are being closed without followup then i am fool enough to complain again and wasting my time or better to say making myself fool in using reliance services.
This is worst customer care i have ever seen across different services i have used.I make a new compain again regarding the whole experience i got from you and hope that atleast this time someone would be able to help me last time with reliance and i would be able to log-in in reliance network.

I am sending this my mail using my neighbors AIRTEL connection which gave me best browse experience after using reliance.
Hope this mail is just not a waste again.

Also it would be helpful to know how i can discontinue from reliance, hope this to be a good and easy process and dont sucks me.

My name is burhan hussain r/o 1/41 4th floor jangpura bhogal, new delhi. I have been a very loyal customer to reliance from the last 6 years. now, some time back ( about 3 or 4 months ), i decided to go for reliance broad band as i am a very avid internet user and as such i found that the BB plans of reliance extremely good and they fit perfectly within my budget not to mention that i always assume top notch service from reliance . But it has pained and really hurt my expectations that from the last approx 2 weeks i dont have internet service even though earlier it was working perfectly. As expected from any educated person i called up a few nos. of reliance executives in my area and believed that the problem would be fixed in no time at all but to my dismay nobody has even bothered to look into the matter thus leaving me with no service.Also i called up the broadband complaint no but they simply keep my call on hold for about 15 mins and then cut it.it may alse be noted that there is no issue involving bill payment as i have already paid the bill, i have even paid a part of amount in advance for next month.to put it in very simple and short words i never ever expect this kind of lax attitude as shown by reliance executives because they either dont bother to pick my call or maybe they think one customer doesnt make a difference !!! my only request is that you people kindly intervene or else the trust and bond that i have with reliance will be shattered because i never thought that i would be forced to write a mail regarding this difficulty as this is my very last option.For your kind information the details of my RELIANCE BROADBAND A/C are as :-

We are facing internet connectivity issue from the very first the day (8th May, 2010) we have got the Reliance connection installed at our home in Pune. To be frank this is the worst service we have ever came across. Customer Care does not respond our calls and never sends any techinical person for the troubleshooting even after promise to do so. Neither the internet works nor the Landline works even after registering multiple complaints at Reliance Customer Care. The worst part is that we dont get any good service(or should say no service at all) but for the payment of the first bill we have received multiple calls and mails. Reliance Broadband should be considerate and be honest to their customers. Dont know when our problems will be resolved.

We are now planing to go to consumer court.
