Reliance Broadband+ High Speed Data Card — Non procurement of opted scheme

Sir,
I had purchased a Reliance High Speed Data Card Broadband+ in the month of Sep 09 from an authorised dealer of Reliance High Speed Data Card Broadband+ in Palam, New Delhi. I had been asked for the required documents and amount and they filled the form at their own. I had asked them to provide me 10GB Day & Night Citywide plan with one month waiver of Rental ( i.e.Rs.1099/-). But I had been provided with 3GB Day & Night Nationwide plan with Rs. 250/- waiver for 12 months. Then after a fews days I got a verification call during which they told me that I had been using 3GB Day & Night Nationwide plan with Rs. 250/- waiver for 12 months with Rs. 850/- monthly rental. Then I mentioned that I had opted for some other plan, but no action was taken by them. After 7 days I got my first bill, then I visited the shop from where I had purchased the Data Card. They gave me Customer Care No. I lodged my complaint there that I had been provided with other plan and kindly resume the one I had opted for. Till the time services had been stopped due to non payment of the first bill. When I made payment, services had been started but now neither I got one month rental waiver nor 12 month Rs. 250/- waiver in monthly bill. Then again I visited the shop, they told me that you had changed your plan that is why no waiver is being given to you. In this way, I lost the rental waiver as well as I had faced a lot of difficulties during the period when the services had been stopped and I had to regularly visit the shop as the dealer never responded me on telephones or mobiles.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and redress my grievances.
