Reliance Broadband — Reliance Broadband - down since 2 months

BroadBand connection down since 15th Nov 2011. User ID:[protected]
I finally registerd a complaint on 4th Dec 2011.

1. Reliance technical staff has visited home 8 times since 4th Dec 2011 and yet problem is NOT solved.
2. Restore ASAP. Mean Time to Resolution SLA is very poor.
