[Resolved] Reliance Broadband + — Billed amount | |||
Self would like to bring to your kind notice that currently i have BRDBND1GBNGT10GB plan active on my Broadband+.Modem No or account no: [protected]. The request to change my Tarrif plan was put on 2.9.10 & i was informed by Reliance store representative that the new plan will be activated from my existing plan HSD 1GB to the above mentioned plan from 5.9.10 and as per this plan i can download upto 1GB Day & 10 GB Night. On 5.10.10 from morning i found that my services are barred as my unbilled amount crossed 2600 INR which my credit limit.I have gone thru my online account and collected my Usage Data which is attached for your reference.in which i am unable to find any extra usage so as my unbilled amount can reach to 3800 INR. But if this is the case than is the customer at fault ??? for disconnecting the connection without any intimation.why the credit limit is not yet increased if this is the case....
