[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Payment issue | |||
Hi, I have taken a net connection which is in my name Haris Fauzan whose number is [protected]. The issue is that i have made a payment for Rs 1320 by Cheq. on 27/07/2010 at Relliance web world NFC, Okhla. which they are claiming for not receiving of the same. They asked me to provide my bank statement so that they can see where the money has gone. Now, after submitting the bank statement which shows that their account has been credited with that amount and they are still claming for non receipt of funds without any proper investigations. its been 30 days and i have not received any resolution for it. They(Reliance) have started chasing me like any thing, they are basically mentally torching me and harassing me for no reason. I would request you to please look into the issue so that defaulters can be punished and so that General Public can see their original face.
