Reliance Broadband — Un installation of net connection

Dear Sir,
My name is Lekshmi, I have taken a payment on 8/9/11 for relaince net connection but till date I did'nt get the connection. When I personally contacted to theire office at Kesavadasapuram and ask for refund ,one Mr.Prasant (sales Manager), refused first for giving the cash back after the argument he said that they will refund the amt as DD in my husband's name( we applied the connection in his name). But my lord, my husband have no bank account so I requested them to give the DD in my name and I will provide a consent letter from my husband. But sir they people are not willing to do the same.The executive Mr. Biju( his phone number is[protected]) was cheating us. Sir, kindly go through my problem and do the needuful.
