[Resolved]  Reliance Broadnet And Landline — LOCAL CABLE OPERATOR NOT PROVIDING THE PREPAID VOUCHERS OF RELIANCE BROADNET AND LANDLINE

realience new connection was installed on 12 jan 08 and the main purpose was to use internet , but ever since my land line charges ( unbilled usage )has gone to 750 and i just made 20 calls that to local and my net scheme also provide me 2.5 gb free download , which is not exceeded. and daily my local calls charge get doubled without calling ... please look into the matter .

we`r having problem with the IP address.We have complained several times but U have not responded.It has been 3 months &I`m tired of complaining.Iwish to disconnect soon.U people have the worst after sales service .

we kept net on 2nd febravery from 18 days net is not working

I have reliance broadnet connection from 20 days. My package net speed is 150 mbps but there is only 100 mbps speed. In every two tree days net server is down. And no one respons on complain. It's show 100 mbps speed but i can not open my mail also.It's very big problem on broadnet.

THIS COMPLAIN IS FROM WEST BENGAL DIST- HOWRAH, P.O.-BALLY, 711201 AGAINST SOME CABLE OPERATOR WHO SUBMITS 1/10 TH OF THE SERVICE TAX TO "TRAI" WHEREAS HE TAKES MONEY FROM EACH & EVERY CUSTOMER. WE HAVE SEEN MULTIPLE ADDS FROM CONSUMER FORRUM TO PENALISE THESE TAX CHEATERS BUT SO FAR NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. THESE OPERATORS NEVER PAY ANY INCOME TAX ALTHOUGH THEIR INCOME EXCEEDS 8 LAKHS A YEAR!
