hi sir ,
i am Ram kamal singh yadav using the mobileNO---[protected] from last 5 years i.e from may 2006.recently i cant able to contact customer care i have given complaint and it was solved by the customer service department.now my another complaint is that your customer service excecutive are syint that this is not my mobile and they are saying that this mobile was registered on anoyher name but i have given my driving licence for id proof .
i had buyed this mobile from NIKHIL MEDICAL, OPP.GANESH TEMPLE, SECUBDERABAD.IN MAY 2006.
SO, IREQUEST THE CONCERN AUTHORITIES TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM.
