Reliance CDMA — caller tune is been activating necessarily

sir reliance people are cheating me by activating the caller tune every now and then, every time i call them they say i sorry inconvenience, and this last time, even then they doing the same, and cutting the currency, i have activated NDNC service also, sir i am using the cdma for past 7-8 years know i cant leave this phone, so please do justices for me,
please look into the issue sir.....
