[Resolved]  reliance CDMA mobile prepaid — wrongly deducted amount

I would like to bring to your kind notice the irrational billing system of your management.
I Shrish Mishra using the reliance phone numbered as [protected] is using this phone since May. I would bring to your notice the following billing condition
My last recharged bill raised was of Rs.15 against which I have received Rs.12 and 60 paise on 21.09.2010.
Surprisingly, one SMS received at 01:50 pm mentioning that “your prepaid accounts balance is low.when i called the customer care then reply sorry your data not uplod call you latter. this type condition i am bearing in many time .
so if you have any legal procedure please stop this type procedure.
i am only using outgoing and incoming why dedacted amount in my account.
With such a third class Customer Care and always trying to cut the pocket of customers by dirty means I request you to kindly deactivate my services permanently and send the final bill to me with as many hidden charges as you can.

RELIANCE COMMUNICATION / RELIANCE MOBILE — WRONGLY BEEN DEDUCTING PREPAID BALANCES

I HAVE PURCHASED A RELIANCE MOBILE WITH PREPAID CONNECTION IN MONTH OF AUGUST 2007.
RELIANCE MOBILE MODEL IS CLASSIC 762, I WAS IN A SCHEME OF RIM TO TIM FREE ,I HAD A FIRST RECHARGE OF 502 RS., IN WHICH I GOT 150 RS.TALK TIME, IT WAS A QUATERLY REFILL, AFTER 7 DAYS MY 60 RUPEES DEDUCTED, I MADE A COMPLAIN AT WEB WORLD AND ON CALL CENTER BUT NO POSITIVE RESPONSE, SO AFTER GIVING MANY COMPLAINS I GOT A MESSAGE THAT CHARGES A BEEN PROPERLY DEDUCTED, FEW DAYS BACK ON 9th OCT 2007, I GOT SMS THAT I AM HAVING ONLY 14 RS. IN MY ACCOUNT. THAN I CAME TO KNOW ALL MY RIM TO RIM CALLS WERE DEDUCTED. AS IT WAS SAID ITS A FREE SCHEME. AGAIN COMPLAIN WAS BEEN SEND BUT NO RESPONCE. ITS A TOTAL CHEAT TO CUSTOMERS. IF NO SUCH SCHEME OF FREE CALLS TO RIM TO RIM MOBILE THAN WHY TO FOOL PEOPLE.

Prepaid — re: wrongful deduction of charges of Rs. 50

I wished to inquire my balance. I was told to send message at *123*01#. Then I got a msg that my msg alert service has been activated and Rs. 50 has been deducted from my balnce. It is cheating. I therefore request that 'msg alert service be immediately deactivated and Rs. 50 refunded to my balance. Otherwise i will be compelled not to use Vodafone services futher My mobile No is [protected]

Prepaid — wrongfully activation of music station pack

My mobile no. is [protected]. On 27.03.2009 a message was received from 51234400 that MusicStationPack is renewed at Rs. 30/- for 30 days. In this regard, you are informed that no any request was forwarded for same from our side. In your message, it is further stated that renewal due on 26.04.2009. For Unsub call[protected]tollfree). I had tried many time on 56300863 for unsub, but no connectivity has been made. I had also tried to customer care on [protected], but no suffiecient reply was given.

please deactivate the music station pack immediately and return my Rs. 30/- which was wrongfully deducted as a charge of music station pack which was not requested by me. If my problem is not sorted within seven days, I would compel to register a coplain at cosumer court. It is further inform you to caller tune was activated wrongfully without my request in dec month and deducted Rs. 90/- from my balance. please stop that kind of repeated wrongfully doing with your customer immediatly .

Reliance Mobile — third class service for reliance mobile cdma

i am jeet but really sir ek dam third class service every night my blanace cut for ever
why region then complain for customer care but no responce book my complain but no resolve this problem
i am very said this service airtel is best reliance for third class service

Vodafone Prepaid — Wrongful deduction of amount

[protected] - Vodafone representative says they got an sms from my cellphone stating I wanted to use their Missed Call Alerts services.
Firstly, I haven't sent any sms and secondly, why can't the amount be reversed if I have called as soon as I have received an sms from Vodafone concerning activation?

your Service that the above telephbone no.is not satisfied, because i disconnected my data service past one month. now you r bill included data service amount also.

Because The original instrument classic 2858 taken to your service representative for service and it is not returned back. Why...
If the instrument is not repaired You have to replay to me. No information Why...
I informed to your Palarivattom office that pls disconnect the data service for the above telephone because the instrument is not work. You are not disconnected the same what customent want.. Why...

Pls give soloution because bill amount includ data service also.
I am onkar singh from Ludhiana city using the Reliance CDMA Pre paid phone No.[protected] from 31 Aug 2010. I have recharged my phone with Rs.85 and i get Rs.50.46 balance. After this i did'nt call anywhere.On 9th september i recieved a call from 56785 company's apna music station and without pressing any button Apna music station activated when my phone is unable to play my music station. Rs.30 deducted for 30 days from my balance. I request you to deactivate this service and refund my balance .

We had called you up after your complaint.As per our talk, we informed you that the balance has been deducted due to vas pack activation. And DND was activated as per your request.

I am A K Singh with reliance cdma no. [protected]. yesterday i got a msg from reliance telling abu that you have successfully activeted VAS 49 pack valid for 30 days at 11.38 pm without any info and duducted Rs. 49 from my account. When I contacted cuctomer care they told that you have told to my representative to activate but I never told so. he also told me that I can do nothing. Then what to do? pl. advise me and take suitable action. Its totally cheating and I think so many people are continuously being cheated.

I am really very sorry to complain that i have been charged unnecessary on my net usage mobile from last 5

years am using vodafone sim. What have been surffed the amount already have benn deducted from my

balance. After that also when my balance was showing in minus 3.50rs. I have stopped browsing & in morning

its showing minus 189.30.

I have talked to customer care but not got the result again & again he is replying the same thing that I have used

it but i have used that much of net.

Reliance Mobile — THIRD CLASS SERVICES

Dear Customers,
Please beware of all the wrong information and false advertisement by Reliance Mobile India.
I have bought a Reliance phone so that I could use high-speed internet on the phone to save time on logging in to the computer as committed by Reliance Stores and Reliance website.

I have come across people on the customer care line as well as at the stores that they do not even have any idea that Reliance has such a phone. Most of these people do not know how to get this working. Reliance website says something and the customer care says something else.

Reliance India is this what you are doing? I hope some body from Reliance reading this and comes back to me.
