[Resolved]  Reliance CDMA Phone — Less validity and talk time then offered

I bought a reliance cdma phone[protected] under the scheme, where the company offerred 2 yeras free incoming plus talktime of Rs.1,550.00 (Rs. 1,500.00 for RIM to RIM and Rs. 50.00 for calls to other mobiles). However, I got talk time of only Rs. 1,235.00 and validity of only 10 months as against offerred validity of 2 years.
I lodged a compaint on[protected] through RIM customer care services and received a reply from customer care on[protected] that my sim is of 220 GSK, thats why I am not eligible for that scheme which is applicable to 99GSK.
I have paid for 99GSK sim and I have original copy of the bill also mentioning the sim capacity is 99GSK.
The fault is of the outlet person who have given me wrong sim still they are not ready to exchange my sim with a 99GSK sim.
Please look into the problem.
