[Resolved] Reliance CDMA Prepaid — unnecessary amount deduction | |||
Hi I am reliance CDMA prepaid user (mob. [protected]) facing "unnecessary amount deduction" problem. My last balance was Rs. 4.71. on 13.07.11 05:27pm. From[protected] my balance is deducting Rs. 0.50 per day till today[protected]. I am getting two messages as- 1. Message to 51234 Successfully Delivered on[protected] [ Time ] 13.07.11 05:26pm. 2. Insufficient balance. Please recharge to avail the service [ Sender ] 51234 [ Time ]. I did not recharge since similar problem had happened before and on calling customer care they told that movie pack is activated. In which I lost around 50 - 60 rupees which does not refunded even asking to customer care executive. I have also called two Customer Care executive and they are saying this is b'cos of min balance. Then I have recharge with top up Rs. 10. But same problem had happened again. So I want to ask what should be the min balance so that this doesn't happen again ??? I have opted Simply Reliance Tariff (Rs. 0.50) plan No condition offer. I also want to know if there is any min balance condition why its not mentioned any where in the condition. Reliance ,CDMA prepaid — Deduction of some amount without knowledge
Sir,On 01 Mar 2010 for the mobile radio subscription(renewal) 30/-Rs deducted from my balance, while I have never subscribe for mobile radio.When I talk with customer care executive they replied " due to some technical problem it may happen but we are not able to check now ".I talked 2 time on 03 Mar 2010 at interval of two hours with Nitesh and Vipin(C C executive) with same reply. It is cheating with customer.You are requested to do the needfull.
Reliance CDMA prepaid service — unnecessary deduction of my account balance
Dear sir,Two days before my account balance was near about 204 Rs after recharge of 120 Rs.&39Rs. sms tarriff.But Yesterday i got my account balance 13.71 Rs.only.Ihave Requested Many times to customer care excutive. but thre is no response of my request no.[protected].
please take the needfull action & return Back of the money which is unnecessasary reduced.

dear siri m sheela kumari from south delhi, day before yesterday ur company deducted rs 20 from my balance. when i talked with customer care they replied me u would have activated any service. but i have never activated any service nor i got any activation message. i m your old customer. i[censored] don't return my balance. i will disconnect ur connection. u are requested to take action soon.

Reliance CDMA Prepaid — wrong deduction by company every month of rs 19-25 without consent
My cell no is [protected] . I m suffering from wrong deduction from reliance co on every month for SMS pack without my consent. I always go to web word which is far away from my home. Reliance CDMA is hopless and worst company in India .Reliance — problem of unnecessary amount deduction
this is the third day since 28 dec 2010,i m submitting my problem here.again my balance is deduced without reason.i am not able to understand what to do with this.reliance cdma prepaid number — unnecessary deduction of amount
My mobile number is [protected].A balance of rs 24.50 was available in my prepaid account as on 2/3/2011 at 10.52 pm. However, the balance has become to rs -3.00 as per your message sent on 2/3/2011 at 18.14 hours. In between only one call was made by me. Hence, the reason for sudden reduction of amount in my prepaid account is not understood by me.Hence, it is requested that the excess amount deducted from my prepaid account may kindly be recredited. It is also informed that this is not an isolated case. An early reply is highly solicited.Thanking you,

Reliance CDMA Prepaid — excess deduction
i am amith from tenali,guntur district.andhra pradesh.i brought a reliance cdma on 30th november from an authorised reliance dealer here [srilakshmi watch company,tenali] and the number is [protected].i paid rs 111 so as to activate 1ps scheme and rs 25 for all india free sms scheme.initially i could send free msgs but of late i have been noting that i am being charged 50 paise for my sms even though i am not using more than 500 sms per day.i have called many times to the customer care but they always have one reply "your account details are not with us.please call later so that we will verify.i have lost almost 30 rupess for those sms which should actually have been free of cost.
