balance deduction
from my reliance mobile which is on roaming, company has deducted rs. 45 for activating those services which I didn't even ask for.
In one week they deducted once rs 30 for some caller tune service and then after 2-3 days they deducted rs. 15 for some song selection.
Mobile number is 7668265539 from which the money was deducted.
kindly look into the matter.

on 13/9/10 my balance was 59/-
on 15/9/10 my balance was 08/-
where the balance has gone the costumer care is not teling me.
i have not done any single call in the same duration
even i have got sms pack active
so where the amount is gone ?
from ur side they are telling ur amount is gone on sms so where was my
sms pack doing
it is an aouto renewal and i had the balance also

-- I am reliance gsm prepaid customer last one year. I have balance Dedication probleme many times. I complaine for this probleme many times to customercare and there customercare mail address. but nov-15 cut of my all balance(over 102 rs.) with out any proper cause. i tryed to contacet them but they ignored my call an complain . They also dos't give me customer complain no when i requested.
At last i decided for give this information to you. So i am waiting for a good action taken by them against them.

i have reliance prepaid connection no is 9579088653 ,but till the date company has stolen my balance without any reason, i had post many complaints in reliance gallery, but i have not get any possitive responce from company,i had post complaint agains company n after that company exucutive had called me for refund my mobile balance, but till date balance not refunded,and in last week again Rs.40 of balance deducted,
i hope this time u take a action agains it.

But there is no any action taken and now u also bared my no. without any proper cause. I tried to contact them but they ignored my call an complain . Reliance communication group,
I have a running number (Rel.) 9015962070 from more than one year. This is my alternate no. so I use rarely.
I have been not any complained before this; from last two months my a/c balance is deducting automaticly with a charge of service pack which is I have not activated. This is being continious every month. I have called to costomer care on this matter they are saying that the is activated by me. but I don't know anything about that packes which is worthless for me. Infact I have not recd any activation msg of the same. I asked to costomer care to write a complain but firstly they refused it and after they hold my call over 30 mins. then they disconected my call.
I want to ask what is going on in Reliance co.?
Is the company's employee are being theif and their seniors are giving training to theft?
These are very sameless thing for a reputed company like Reliance.
if my query is not solved I will complain to consumer forum.

I have Do Not Disturb service activated on my mobile number.
But still my balance gets deducted due to some or other issues.Recently for some of the Health tips they are deducting money from my account balance.Earlier also they have deducted money for caller tunes on my moblie number. Request you to pls do the needful.

My name is Wahid Rokadiya and My no. is 9019176705. the company has deducted Rs 5 first and then Rs 30 for sms renewal which i was trying to deactivate since 22nd feb. i even gave a complain to customer care for which they have given me complain no. 147717884 which they told will be resolved in 2 days and even i got a message that it had been resolved. on 23rd or 24th feb they deducted Rs 5 for sms renewal for 5 days and again today i.e. 28th feb morning they have deducted 30 Rs for sms renewal for 1 month. when i called customer care they told currency will not be refunded.
I will highly appreceate your favourable action.

Today 17-3-11 dated on no-7877377297,i have got 3 messages from 51234 number that you have subscribed to game pack rs 25 and second message that you have subscribed ringtone pack rs 15 and 3 rd message that you havee subscribed cricket monthly pack rs 49 and deducted my 90 rs balance from my main balance,while i have not done any message or not ask to activate or subscribe.but they on their behalf activated..and this is not first time.every time they do these fake things and deducts balance..bann this company..i am fed up of these things...

i am mukesh wadekar i used reliance mobile service but they deduct my balance every time when i am recharged my account, when i called on 198 for complaine they suggeted me the balance was deducted for using any service but as per me i am not taken any service i also forward complaine through e-mail but didnt get satisfied answer pls sugges what to do.

Relince is at top for deducting balance.with any subscription they also charge.However it is policy of company how fast They can make your balance zero..No.1 chuttia company.

Dear Team,
As my reliance CDMA MDN: 9395301727 on 03- Dec - 2011 around 9.00 pm my account balance was around Rs.90 & I made call to Aircel TN MDN: 9710190857 for which I spoke around 5 minutes, when checked my balance on 04 - Dec - 2011 it is only 1paisa in my account. When I contacted to the customer care, they said that I spoke (Call Duration): 18001 seconds. So I want the Call record of those 18001 seconds. Because the reliance is cheating me. Please do the needful ASAP.

On 17th December Rs.75.00 was deducted from my account. First Rs. 8 was deducted, then Rs. 4 and finally Rs.63. Total being Rs.75.00. I had free local calling, sms, and 3G plan already in my mobile. So there was no chance of any deduction. I lodges a complaint on the same day Reliance at there Reliance House office in Park Street. The customer care representative lodged the complaint, complaint no. being 168119351. On 19th i received a message from the customer care that the complaint has been processed but no balance was refunded back in my account. So again on 20th i lodged a complaint, the complaint number being 168342966. Again on 27th i received a message that the complaint has been processed but still i dint receive any refund. After this i had already visited the reliance house office at park street but the customer care representative are not doing any thing. so please look into the problem. Sir, I am using Reliance GSM network and my number is 9023489984. Sir, I had a recharge of Rs 39 for "Message Pack" on 5th January,2012 which was to last for 30 days. On 4th February I received a message from the company that my "Message Pack" will be renewed and the related amount will be deducted from my account. Till evening of 6th Feb my message rate was that of my message pack, in the evening I had a recharge of 160. At that time they did not deduct the balance for message pack from my main balance and started charging me at normal rate which is without message pack. I enquired for the same to the customer care and they advised me to recharge again for the message pack and no amount will be deducted from your main account. So, I have a recharge for the same on 7th Feb. After the recharge I again got a message that your message pack has been activated and they again deducted amount for that from my main account. I again enquired for the deduction from the customer care. They told me that if extra balance is deducted from your account we will refund it to you. They told me that due to technical updation we can not check your details so please call after some time. I called them 5-6 times and they gave me same answer. On the very next day they locked my number and I was not able to call them. The day after tomorrow I again called them, again I got the same reply every time I called them.
Till date I have not got my deducted amount and they even do not lodgged any complain for that. This has caused a lot of mental harassment and even calling them again and again has caused a lot of disturbance to me.
So, I want a case against Reliance communication for not solving their customer query, poor facility and mental harassment.

one of the biggest fraud companies in the world is reliance and that is without any doubt they always seek way to steal money from consumers pocket and increase their profit.i have 2 different numbers of reliance one being used by me and the other by my fiance and the prob is they bother are wrongly charged first to talk about is the number 8010185441 on this no there was a special sms pack active since past 2 years according to which reliance use to deduct 1rs per day for unlimited text. but since januaru they stopped my pack and i have done recharge of 56 which gives 500sms/perday but even after that they are charging me 1rs per day for the old pack my fiance called customer are many a times to stop one of the sms pack but they never did that and till date she pays twice for a single service how can a company charge you twice for the same service .
now lets come to the second no which is being used by me
the number is 9350085958 in the month of march around 25 i have done recharge of 79 which gives me 500 std minutes on rel to rel phones and i just used it for 65min and the validity of the pack is said to be 30 days but i got charged on 12 night for 4rs and when i called the customer care they said the validity of that pack has been changed from 30 days to 15 days and on 13 April when i did the recharge of 70 on my mobile i have got the text confirming the validity of the pack is 30 days this shows the level of customer service which they offer to their customer. false commitment and wrong information that is one issue and the other issue is that my sms pack was due for renewal on 16 april for your information i am using 56rs sms care which gives me 200sms/perday free i did recharge with 56rs on 15/04/2012 8pm and my sms pack confirmation msg reads recharge of rs.56 successful.Enjoy 200 local/national sms free/day.val:30days. dial 151 for more product details.reliance.and in the morning at 3.56am i have received a text saying dear customer:your monthly sms pack is due for renewal on rs28.00 for 15 days . to avail full validity pls ensure sufficient balance in your account and they havr deducted 28 rs from my account and not only that they are charging me 1paise per sms and that is confirmed by the customer care executive dipender now reliance thinks customer is fool they can charge him in anyway they want ...
what a pathetic network and what a pathetic service i am seriously fed up and thinking over porting out my number from reliance real shame on mr.AMBANI
