[Resolved]  Reliance Communication Limited — Haresment in the name of wrong bill

Hi ,

I had a broadband connection from reliance communications in Gurgaon district ,Haryana with following particulars:

Name of owner: MR NASAR FARAAZ
Customer A/c Number :[protected]

I got this connection in June,2010 with a plan of 300KBPS unlimited browsing .The bill for this plan used to 550.50Rs per month in post paid format.The billing cycle used to be 11th of every month. There was also a security deposit of Rs 500
In June,2011, I migrated to a new plan in which my speed was upgraded to 500KBPS and unlimited browsing.This plan was a pre-paid plan, and therefore, I had to pay the bill in advance. I did this and cleared the backlog,caused due to plan migration,in the July bill cycle by paying 1201.91 Rs. The billing cycle remained the same at 11th of every month.

On Nov 27th,2011 I had to move out of the premises where I stayed and therefore, had to get this connection terminated. The termination request number for this is :[protected] as told to me by the reliance customer care executive. The executive told me that a representative would come and collect the equipment's in next 7 days(which would have been 3rd December) and the connection would be terminated. However, no one turned up.
Since My billing cycle was 11th of every month, i still had around 15 days(from the day) left in the current month(for which I had already paid, half the bill+ security amount due on reliance).
Around December 20th I received a call stating that my bill is due. I launched another complaint for the same with number:[protected] for the correction of the bill.

Ever since I have been receiving constant calls from reliance executive for the non- payment of bill and they have been harassing me for the same. Inspite of several reminders and explanation's they are not ready to sort out the issue.
This has caused great inconvenience to me .

i therefore demand the due compensations for harassing me from reliance along with the bill amount,that is outstanding on them( I already had payed as advanced payment as per my broadband plan)
