[Resolved]  Reliance Communication Limited — Sim not activated

Dear Sir,

I Mr. Pravin S. Jain residing at 64, Rajat Apt., Mount Pleasant Road, Mumbai- 400 006. I Purchaed a Reliance Gsm Sim card dt. 05.01.2011 from the sales representative of Reliance Mr. Ganesh Bhuteria (Mob. No. [protected]) he consulted with the Ms. Sangeeta from RCIL Office (Mob. No.[protected] and was assured that sim would b activated on 06.01.2011 immediately. But the sim is not been activated till today.
When contacted to RCIL office no proper response is been given by them. When I called today i spoke with Riha Madam at 4 p.m. that time call was been disconnected.
