[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — activation of new sim card

my first Cell No. [protected], I want to deactivate the same number and activate the new Cell No. [protected]. i sumbitted the application and form with required documents and photographs before 10 days back. but the number does not get activated nor the old one was deactivated. almost after 10 days the distributor told that it needs more time to get the job done. they are also not responding our complaints as well. now please tell what to do?
