MY ACCOUNT NO :[protected] , you can track my complain details thro this no. I LAUNCH MY COMPLAIN ON 6TH OF JULY FOR DISCONNECTION OF MY INTERNET. AS ACTUALLY INTERNET WAS COMPLETELY DOWN FROM 4TH OF JULY .. BUT I THOUGHT, AS WAN LIGHT WAS NOT ATALL WITH INDICATION , IT COULD BE A MAJOR FAULT AND RELIANCE TEAM MUST BE KNOWING THIS AND THEY WILL RESOLVE IT ASAP. HARDIK - TEAM LEADER GAVE ME TIME LINE OF 3 DAYS ON LAST THURSDAY AND ASSURED ME THAT IN 3 DAYS SOMEONE WILL BE CALLING YOU AND LETTING YOU KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND MY PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED.. BUT IT HAD NEVER HAPPENED SAME AS BEFORE. AND ON SUNDAY - 12TH JULY I CALLED UP AGAIN AND TALKED TO ONE OF YOUR SUPERWISER AGAIN WHOM I NAMED ABOVE AND THEY ASKED ME THAT ONE OF OUR TEAM LEADER WILL CALL ME IN 1 HOUR AND THIS TIME TEAM LEADER CYRUS CALLED BUT IT TOOK 1.40 HOURS .. AND NOT IN STATED TIME LINE OF 1 HOUR.. AND HE HAS SAID RIGHT CAUSE OF WHY MY INTERNET IS DOWN.

So, entire 1 week , all the Reliance staff was fooling around with me by stating that my connection will be up in next 24 hours. and they were not revealing actual fact ever why my connection was down as i was asking it many time. On sunday, when cyrus said that there's a permission issue and now we can not say any timeline when this connection will be starting up ... then I said, why then Hardik given me false promise of 3 days earlier ??? Being a team leader he should not fooled me .. as all other supervisers and executives of reliance were doing with me since 1 week.

Then cyrus said that, he will ask hardik to give me call on monday in evening and he will ask for clarification. But monday evening gone and no one contacted me. then, I contacted again and talked to one of your team leader again named Harshida and i asked her that, i want to talk to Manager. And she said, managers are busy with meetings and Rajeswari - A manager will call me around 8.00 pm in evening. that was talk on tuesday. But no one called me in evening atall. And I kept waited.

So, Finally on next day, I could able to call one of your Manager - Jasmin..An another hopeless guy. And he listened my problem and he was explaining Reliance internal problem to me on tuesday. ARE THE CUSTOMERS THERE TO UNDERSTAND RELIANCE PROBLEM OR CUSTOMER CARE IS THERE TO UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER'S PROBLEM ????? PLS MAKE HIM UNDERSTAND THIS..
And HE asked me that, he'll be reverting me back by wednesday evening between 4..30 to 5.00 pm .. but his call was not there untill 7.30 pm in evening on 14th july.. After a long day waiting, he said me that, he is still investigating and he'll be telling me right time frame by tomorrow.
Next day again he called up same time at the end of my day .. and was explaining me problem again, and I asked him that, you putting me in waiting for entire day and at the end of day you calling me and explaining me problem of reliance , I am not there atall to understand reliance problem .. ... As reliance is not there atall to understand my problem , though I am paying all the bills Reliance is not providing me any serivces and it's just fooling around with me more then a week...

I could never expect a managerial level such frustrative talks with company like Reliance.

At the end, Jasmin was explaining me, that he is all day busy for his other work and when he gets time, he can call me.. :) Such a nice customer care answer from a manager.. could you believe ?
But still i offered him that, you include me , because it's my society permission issue and i can explain someone better in my society then you guys... And still he was just arguing with me and spoke to me very rudely that day..

Finally, on wednesday nite, local Baroda field manager called me Nayan - his mobile no : [protected] .. Now, you can call this no and ask Nayan, that how I helped in solving this problem on 16th morning.

And problem got resolved..I HAD TO PUT ALL MY WORK ASIDE AND HAD HELPED RELIANCE FIELD STAFF IN RESOLVING THIS PROBLEM.

BUT NOW, I WANT ALL 14 DAYS OF COMPENSATION FROM RELIANCE, AS NET WAS DOWN AND I LOST 30,000$ BUSINESS IN THOSE DAYS .. IF RELIANCE WANT I CAN PROVIDE PROOF OF LOOSING THE BUSINESS..I WOULD NOT PAY ANY BILLS FOR NEXT 6 MONTHS..

I ALSO WANT ACTIONS AGAINST RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE STAFF WHO IS CHEATING WITH CUSTOMERS BY PROVIDING FALSE INFO AND FALSE COMMITMENTS, YOU CAN LISTEN OUR ALL RECORDED TALKS AND SEE HOW YOUR MANAGER - JASMIN HAS TALKED TO ME AT THE END.

ALSO, RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE HAS GIVEN ME LOT OF FRUSTRATION AND MENTAL STRESS ALL THESE DAYS AND I NEED COMPENSATION OF IT.

IF I WOULD NOT GET ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER FROM RELIANCE THEN, I WOULD GO TO CONSUMER COURT AND ALL MEDIA CHANNELS AND I WILL PUBLISH MY THIS EXPERIENCE OF FRUSTRATING ME MORE AND MORE..

At this moment, I would say, that, NO ONE SHOULD USE RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE FOR COMPLAIN REQUEST. ENTIRE TEAM INCLUDING MANAGER WAS SO FOOLING AROUND WITH ME ALMOST 12 DAYS.

And if I dont get a proper compensation and satisfactory answers from your side within 48 hours , then , As an end customer , I will take up further actions .

This to inform you that you have suspended my prepaid mobile connection (Net and Normal) . I have already deposited refiling money on( 10.04.2013 Rs.111.00, Rs. 11.04.2013 Rs. 20.00 and 12.04.2013 Rs. 10.00 + Rs.10.00 )
but that your Company had deducted Rs. 121.00 and Net Cunnection Recharge Rs.124.00 Suspended recharge on 10.04.2013, but without any information deducted ...but after gating problem on above noted mobile, i Contract you customer care firstly connot contract your constanly, after some hours i informed then my problem . they told me wait for 2 hours, after waiting for stiputated period i against contract your customer care service but told me wait for 2 hours, and after against contract your customer care service on several time, please advice me other wise i have to shift my connection to any other connection along with my office phones, reliance and friends i am asking you to took the mother and take nesessary steps possible...

I have 99 2G mobile net pack in my mobile but it's not working last 3 days, I can't able to use Internet,

Reliance has block my customer care 198 toll free service when i call 198 computerize information is listen only they not transfer my call customer care educative.

Before blocking my number i call 198 they told server is down, they have no solution for my problem, they not take my complain not give me complain number some give me complain number after one day this also not resolve.

If i recharge my mobile amount is instantly deduct i don't know why some reply is costumer care executive they also know what will happen any one told game pack is activated and she deactivate & my balance of Rs.20 they refund me back wait 5 or 10 min i said ok thanks but i wait 1 hour and call back 198 then one executive pls. Wait 4-5 hour i said ok then told pls give me complain number he told you receive message on your mobile but iam not receive he is tell a lie, after that i recharge my mobile again amount is instantly deduct, many time i notice executive talk when he take hard drink this is also very disgusting, after that i am not able to call 198 they block me and another 2 reliance number they block (1. Because of this i lose my mobile data (factory restore) & money also, face lot of problem who i call urgent situation all thinks are very bad.

I have taken one Reliance post plan (599) from (Channel Partner Name : Shashi Enterprises, SCO-83, Sector-22, Huda Market, Opp.RPS School, Gurgaon) on 28th July 13.I have submitted all necessary documents & 450 Rs(250 Rs Security money + 200 processing fee) paid for this Plan. then I asked for slip but sales executive (Karan) told that I can’t provide the invoice slip.
Then I have complainted that & I have got the call from area Manager on 30th July 13.she has told me that sale executive have been taken wrong money (200 Rs) & she has already spoken regarding this issues .Also she told that 250 Rs will be deposited as my security money in my account and 200 Rs will be refunded to me. she told me that i will collect the refund money in the evening. My security money has not been deposited in account still.
Then I reached on Reliance shop (30 July 13) at 7.15 PM & asked for money then they have told me that we can never give me the money and started to use the local language (Mr. Yashpal & Vishal Sharma) “Agar Dhiru Bhai Ambani bhi aate hai to paisa nhi duga or jyada bolega to tumhara no. bhi block kara duga.tumse jo bhi banta hai kar lo” suddenly they are shouting with all sales executive. Then I came back.
Request you to solve my problem & I don’t want to go that shop again.

I had reliance broadband connection from June 2010 to Feb 2013 till i shifted to new apartment in very nearby locality.
In mid of Feb (16th Feb 2013) i called reliance customer care to shifting my internet connection. Despite of many calls to
customer care no body came to shift connection. Then around 1 month later some people came to checking whether shifting can be done or not and told that
soon the connection would be shifted. Meanwhile i get call from ABIDS reliance center requesting not to terminate the connection and it will be shifted within 1-2 weeks
and you not be charged to non-usage of the connection. Finally i waited 4-5 months and after that i didn't hear anything from reliance.
i cleared all my dues but was imposed for Rs. 500 fine for delay payment which was not fault though i paid that amount in the month of June 2013 and told customer care to terminate
my connection.
But after the June 2013 again bill of Rs. 1229 was generated without any information to me.
During whole period i got numerous call from different people claiming calling from reliance and asking the money nobody talked whether connection
is shifted or terminated. when i again contacted customer care they were not knowing any thing.
Now i am getting many calls from delhi and they are threatening me & behaving as if i am a criminal and asking me appear in Tees hazari court tomorrow with lawyer. they are mentally torturing me.
This is not a matter of few thousands rupees but I just want to know is this the way customer should be treated?

verification is negative on 27th Feb2014, but the address verification has been done by RCOM authorized person on 1st March 2014. Which is not
updated in system."

1&gt; So i like to know from the appellate authority about status of address verification done on 1st Match 2014. Which is not updated in system.
2&gt; if my Address verification is negative on 27th Feb 2014, so can my service has been ported in to RCOM on 1st March 2014.
3&gt; As without any address verification RCOM has migrated my service from my existing service provider and with in 24 hrs stopped my services with out any notification.
4&gt; This scenario clearly shows lack communication between different department of RCOM and process gaps of system in RCOM due to which customer has to suffer.

Request you to look in to issue on priority and update my on issue.

Last time when such situation arises we enquired personally and found that there were about 15 cheques he was having but not banked timely. This time also cheque no. 41552/14.03.2014 for Rs. 1055/- given them on 14th is still not appearing as deposited as per message I got online on help services.

Please note that I am not going to pay any late charges and will constraint to discontinue the services.

I was contacted by your person named above, who falsely told me that this no shall be ported to Reliance with very good scheme within 24 hours after submission of required documents from me. I have submitted the documents on 13.05.2014 through e mail under confirmation of receipt by your above named persons. Till yet the No has not been ported to your company and also not response by your any of the officialls from your company despite my so many reminders through telephone and e mail.

This indicates the business run by your persons in the field and so many people are exploited in the field. this clearly killing the reputation of your company in the market.

Are you able to afford it, if yes keep it up and don't bother it. Finally you will certainly end up your existence in the market.
If No, then take action against the above named officials, who are working against you on your salary.
Please don't disturb any body like me.

It's so obvious activity of Reliance Customer care just like killing a mosquito we do!

Our balance is waved off without any reason. If we try to lodge a complain to Customer care, we have to face an additional problem while ringing in. I try hundred times to just talk to a customer care representative but still get failure. I don't know what kind of setting they have set in their system which doesn't allow to talk to customer care representative even though I choose the right option.

Could some higher officials please address this issue? It's really too much frustrating.
