AS ACTUALLY INTERNET WAS COMPLETELY DOWN FROM 4TH OF JULY .. HARDIK - TEAM LEADER GAVE ME TIME LINE OF 3 DAYS ON LAST THURSDAY AND ASSURED ME THAT IN 3 DAYS SOMEONE WILL BE CALLING YOU AND LETTING YOU KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND MY PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED.. BUT IT HAD NEVER HAPPENED SAME AS BEFORE. AND ON SUNDAY - 12TH JULY I CALLED UP AGAIN AND TALKED TO ONE OF YOUR SUPERWISER AGAIN WHOM I NAMED ABOVE AND THEY ASKED ME THAT ONE OF OUR TEAM LEADER WILL CALL ME IN 1 HOUR AND THIS TIME TEAM LEADER CYRUS CALLED BUT IT TOOK 1.40 HOURS .. So, entire 1 week , all the Reliance staff was fooling around with me by stating that my connection will be up in next 24 hours. and they were not revealing actual fact ever why my connection was down as i was asking it many time. On sunday, when cyrus said that there's a permission issue and now we can not say any timeline when this connection will be starting up ... then I said, why then Hardik given me false promise of 3 days earlier ??? Being a team leader he should not fooled me .. as all other supervisers and executives of reliance were doing with me since 1 week.

Then cyrus said that, he will ask hardik to give me call on monday in evening and he will ask for clarification. But monday evening gone and no one contacted me. then, I contacted again and talked to one of your team leader again named Harshida and i asked her that, i want to talk to Manager. And she said, managers are busy with meetings and Rajeswari - A manager will call me around 8.00 pm in evening. that was talk on tuesday. But no one called me in evening atall. And I kept waited.

So, Finally on next day, I could able to call one of your Manager - Jasmin..An another hopeless guy. And he listened my problem and he was explaining Reliance internal problem to me on tuesday. ARE THE CUSTOMERS THERE TO UNDERSTAND RELIANCE PROBLEM OR CUSTOMER CARE IS THERE TO UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER'S PROBLEM ????? PLS MAKE HIM UNDERSTAND THIS..
And HE asked me that, he'll be reverting me back by wednesday evening between 4..30 to 5.00 pm .. but his call was not there untill 7.30 pm in evening on 14th july.. After a long day waiting, he said me that, he is still investigating and he'll be telling me right time frame by tomorrow.
Next day again he called up same time at the end of my day .. and was explaining me problem again, and I asked him that, you putting me in waiting for entire day and at the end of day you calling me and explaining me problem of reliance , I am not there atall to understand reliance problem .. ... As reliance is not there atall to understand my problem , though I am paying all the bills Reliance is not providing me any serivces and it's just fooling around with me more then a week...

I could never expect a managerial level such frustrative talks with company like Reliance.

At the end, Jasmin was explaining me, that he is all day busy for his other work and when he gets time, he can call me.. :) Such a nice customer care answer from a manager.. could you believe ?
But still i offered him that, you include me , because it's my society permission issue and i can explain someone better in my society then you guys... And still he was just arguing with me and spoke to me very rudely that day..

Finally, on wednesday nite, local Baroda field manager called me Nayan - his mobile no : [protected] .. Now, you can call this no and ask Nayan, that how I helped in solving this problem on 16th morning.

And problem got resolved..I HAD TO PUT ALL MY WORK ASIDE AND HAD HELPED RELIANCE FIELD STAFF IN RESOLVING THIS PROBLEM.

BUT NOW, I WANT ALL 14 DAYS OF COMPENSATION FROM RELIANCE, AS NET WAS DOWN AND I LOST 30,000$ BUSINESS IN THOSE DAYS .. IF RELIANCE WANT I CAN PROVIDE PROOF OF LOOSING THE BUSINESS..I WOULD NOT PAY ANY BILLS FOR NEXT 6 MONTHS..

I ALSO WANT ACTIONS AGAINST RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE STAFF WHO IS CHEATING WITH CUSTOMERS BY PROVIDING FALSE INFO AND FALSE COMMITMENTS, YOU CAN LISTEN OUR ALL RECORDED TALKS AND SEE HOW YOUR MANAGER - JASMIN HAS TALKED TO ME AT THE END.

ALSO, RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE HAS GIVEN ME LOT OF FRUSTRATION AND MENTAL STRESS ALL THESE DAYS AND I NEED COMPENSATION OF IT.

IF I WOULD NOT GET ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER FROM RELIANCE THEN, I WOULD GO TO CONSUMER COURT AND ALL MEDIA CHANNELS AND I WILL PUBLISH MY THIS EXPERIENCE OF FRUSTRATING ME MORE AND MORE..

At this moment, I would say, that, NO ONE SHOULD USE RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE FOR COMPLAIN REQUEST. ENTIRE TEAM INCLUDING MANAGER WAS SO FOOLING AROUND WITH ME ALMOST 12 DAYS.

And if I dont get a proper compensation and satisfactory answers from your side within 48 hours , then , As an end customer , I will take up further actions .

Reliance Net connect customer care is such a worst & i always use to get some fixed template email saying "Sorry for inconvenience" & other things to whatever query i ask.
I don't think they read our emails & take action.
And it is really disappointing no one monitor & take action as this worst experience still continues.
And even if we raise complaints, that too they don't care.
Lot of customers are not willing to go for this service only for this very worst customer care, even though Reliance Net connect has good connection.

It has been such a horrible experience. For almost 8 months I was a charity donor of Rs. 1250 hoping that my service would improve someday. When I finally decide to move away and terminate the service, the RComm Customer Care calls up two months later telling me only my internet connection was removed while my Landline connection was never removed. All this in spite of the fact that I never had a landline connection or an instrument. And they wake up after two months to tell me this.

Then post receiving a final termination letter from RComm, their Customer Care representative calls me and says your connection is not yet terminated at all. My Goodness me!!! Bunch of leeches to the core!!! The sickest customer service ever!!! Even 1 is over-rating them!!

The worst ever experience I had during my lifetime was, after I did a brutal mistake by opting for Reliance Broadband services. From the day one I started getting a very low speed of between 0.6 Mbps to 0.7 Mbps, in spite of my payment for Plan 749 for 2Mbps. I ran from pillar to post, from customer care to Mr. Anil Ambani; but of no avail.
Lastly when I made much hue & cry, finally they kept my broadband services dead since 20/08/2014 and the customer care refused to accept my complaints. Disgusted I have to perforce disconnected the line and went for Airtel Broadband services from 21/08/2014 afternoon.
For Gods' shake no body should opt for Reliance Broadband and undergo the suffering I had undergone.

COMPLAINT OF PROBLEMS/ISSUES NOT BEING RESOLVED IN R/O BROADBAND COMBO SERVICES
Dear M/S,
Thanking you and looking forward for a Inspite of my multiple complaints to one and all nothing has been done so far.
Today one gentleman from Reliance [Mr. Vinod More: Mobile No.:[protected]] came to my residence to check the speed and he found that the speed is abnormally slow, i.e. 0.55 Mbps. Also the telephone Landline under the combo plan is not functioning well. It is either noisy or dead.
After testing he told me that the speed can not be increased and I may talk to the person who has installed it.
When I spoke to Mr. Sachin [Mobile No.[protected]], the representative of Reliance Communications, who assured me of 2 Mbps speed for the Plan 749 and received the cheque on 07/07/2014; he was very arrogant and told me that his job was to collect the cheque. He also challenged me that I am free to do anything to him or against him, but he will do nothing, since it was not his job.
You would appreciate my plight, that the Broadband &
Such attitude is not acceptable and tantamount to harassment of Reliance Broadband customer. This is a blatant show of negligence and highest level o[censored]nfair trade practice. It's liable for punitive action under the prevailing Consumer law.
In view of the above I would request you to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest and do not drive me to such a desperation that I get indulged into a legal controversy.
I am a Senior Citizen and a retired Senior Level Officer from Ministry of Defence. I wish to lead a peaceful life with functional Broadband of the speed for which I have already paid. Also a trouble free Land Line from Reliance communications. I am a great Fan of Reliance [Also a shareholder of all its companies] and one of the oldest customers of BigTV. In spite of your policy and assurance, nothing has been done so far to resolve the complaints/problems faced by me in reference to your Broadband services and telephone services; which was established/connected from 10th July 2014. Even for a single day I have a peaceful use of the same. Most of the times, the telephone is dead or noisy. Broad band services were disrupted for 5 days and when it is resumed, the speed is only 0.75 Mbps, against the payment made for 2 Mbps. My multiple complaints to one and all have yielded nothing till now and nobody is bothered to find out and resolve my problem. This is height of apathy and unethical. r people have promised vide their mails that issue would be resolved in 24 hours, but it is regretted that even though more than 130 hours have passed, nothing has been done, rather initiated till now. Even none of your representatives also bothered to find out my problem, let alone solve/resolve it. To add my woos further, the telephone line is dead since today morning.

I have taken a Reliance Broadband combo plan with telephone line with speed of 2 Mbps. It was connected at my residence (B-304, Dew Drops, Vishrantwadi, Pune) on 10/07/2014 Afternoon. From 11/07/2014, it went dead. On inquiry, I was told that the fiber-optic cable was cut and it may take 02 days. Till 17/07/2014 it remained dead. All my complaints and telephone calls to local operators yielded no result. On 17/07/2014 morning it started. But the speed of net is around .65 to .75 Mbps only. When I spoke to Mr. Rajendra on [protected], he told me to send e-mail to this Id. so that the 2 Mbps speed can be activated.
I am really in problem and seek your help to resolve the issue. Kindly ensure that:
01. Net speed be restored to 2 Mbps only, for which the Plan is taken.
02. Please activate STD on my Land line No. 30554970 immediately.
03. Please also ensure that I may not be charged for the period of dead line & net from 11/07/2014 to 16/07/2014.

I am extremely sorry to bother you, since I have left with no option further. I am a Senior Citizen retired from Defence as a Chief Medical Officer and settled in Pune. I am also a share holder of all the companies under your belt. I am a customer of BigTV since its inception. To my misfortune, I feel to have committed a blunder to choose Broadband services from reliance and my tale of woes goes as under:

01] One Mr. Sachin [Mobile no. [protected]] approached me on 07/07/2014 and taken the cheque amount of Rs. 1740/= to install Reliance combo broadband & land line Plan 749, which promises for a broadband speed of 2 Mbps.The line was installed on 10/07/2014 by Mr. Prakash [Mobile no.[protected]]. The speed was miserably slow with maximum reaching 0.7 Mbps. He promised to get it rectified within a day. The telephone line is malfunctioning, its one way; I can call but cannot receive any. The moment I pick up a call it gets dead.

02] I spoke to Mr. Rajendra Takole [Mobile No. [protected]] several times during next 01 wk. Every time he assured me that he has flashed a mail to the concerned person and speed will increase.

03] I contacted Mr. Sachin who collected cheque from me. He behaved very roughly and challenged me to do anything, even up to lodging a police complaint. Being a senior citizen and almost triple of his age, I was hurt and sent an e-mail to your concerned persons.None of them bothered to take any note of it.

04] Till date I have gone from pillar to post to end my sufferings. I contacted (i) Mr. Rajiv Gupta/DGM (F&A) [protected], Mr. Santosh Kamble(officer Customer Care), Mr. Pankaj (Pune), Mr. Param (pune) [protected], Mr. Vinod More (pune) [protected], Prakash (Pune) [protected], Mr. Rajendra Takole (Pune) [protected], Customer Care on not less than 08 times, Mr. Vicky (Pune) [protected] and also sent nearly 15 E-mails to different personnel of Relianceada.com. Till date nothing has been done to rectify the faults and to take action against the erring employee Mr. Sachin. The result; I continue to suffer and without any reprieve from a company headed by none other than the "ANIL AMBANI", the name to rely in the corporate world. I am enclosing the copies of all my communications to relianceada.com as an attachment, which would tale you the sag of my sufferings, that too for a simple reason of choosing reliance broadband services.

The worst ever experience I had during my lifetime was, after I did a brutal mistake by opting for Reliance Broadband services. From the day one I started getting a very low speed of between 0.6 Mbps to 0.7 Mbps, in spite of my payment for Plan 749 for 2Mbps. I ran from pillar to post, from customer care to Mr. Anil Ambani; but of no avail. Lastly when I made much hue & cry, finally they kept my broadband services dead since 20/08/2014 and the customer care refused to accept my complaints. Disgusted I have to perforce disconnected the line and went for Airtel Broadband services from 21/08/2014 afternoon. I am Vishwajeet kumar from Delhi. Here reliance CDMA network problem since 14/03/2015 till. The problem issue is no outgoing call or incoming call in this particular area. I am your customer since 2000 cause reliance is the best communication company . But now this is not .I did call customer care 50 times but he say only we will resolve your from within 48 hours bt after 2 months problem has not been solved. and i got a message, your request id[protected] has been proessed after 2 months only processed, what is this????? This problem is not only my this problem is in whole pandav nagar delhi near d-park mother dairy 110092.
So please solve this problem immediatly .

Authorized dealer has flately refused to correct my name and address. I have submitted photocopy of my driving licence to authorized dealer but authorized dealer has misused photocopy of driving licence. Sajinder Singh M/s Spark Telecom (authorized dealer of Reliance mobile store), 230, Civil Street, Video Market, Ghumar Mandi chowk, Ludhiana, Punjab ( Mobile No. [protected] and [protected]) has flately refused to correct my name and address i.e. Nirmal Kumar son of Sh. Krishan Lal, resident of 6527/31-A, St. No. 3, Gagan Vihar, Chuharpur Road, Haibowal kalan, Ludhiana in the system/record of your company. I have shown valid documents to him which was given to him at the time purchase of device. Authorized dealer refused to change my name and address. Please look into the matter.

I have purchased dongle/data modem no. [protected] (Reliance3), RSN: RZTCDC[protected], MEID: A0000 0389 D9A58 on 5-9-2015 for Rs. 1300/- in my name i.e. Nirmal Kumar son of Sh. Krishan Lal, resident of 6527/31-A, St. No. 3, Gagan Vihar, Chuharpur Road, Haibowal kalan, Ludhiana from Sajinder Singh M/s Spark Telecom (dealer of Reliance mobile store), 230, Civil Street, Video Market, Ghumar Mandi chowk, Ludhiana, Punjab ( Mobile No. [protected] and [protected]). On[protected] at about 10:39AM, one lady of Reliance company made call me from telephone No. [protected] and asked me to visit reliance mobile store wherefrom device was purchased in order to rectify my name in record of Reliance company. On the same day, I have visited Reliance mobile store where I have met Sajinder Singh authorized dealer alongwith my address and id proof and asked him to rectify my name in the record of the Company and he asked me that device is running in my name or any other person. Ultimately he flately refused to rectify my name in the record of the company. I have made humble request again and again in order to rectify my name but he is not ready to correct my name and address. The system/record of Dongle/data modem no. [protected] be rectified in my name.
NOTE:-Reliance mobile store is not issued the acknowledgement after filling the form for subscription

Please look in to the matter. Compensation be paid for negligence and deficiency in service which is committed by your company. dongle/data modem no. [protected] be registered in my name i.e. Nirmal Kumar.

But from starting days i have not got proper network /signal, so I am getting problem to contact the other and myself also i have given the complaint to the reliance customer care and all nodal officers but still i no getting good service,
sir i am travel agent and people contact when they went outside of ther place also not getting the bank detail on sms if my mobile not work there is no use i will lost my business and customer, also i am not interest to lost my this no. Reliance network services is very bad. daily saying we have forward to technical dept, still they have not given replay, when they rwply they will call and tell
so i am very tired i am interested to port again to other so give me changes as request so with your help i will do my business and save the my customer

This is to bring to your notice that we, Customer ID:[protected], have suffered a lot of mental agony and harassment from your customer care personnel and sales executive.

We had applied for a broadband connection on 3rd January 2016. Sales executive (number mentioned on leaflet) had promoted us the plans that are as in the attached leaflet. Of the mentioned plans, (on being said that six months plan may have a waiver of installation charges) we agreed and paid for the Rs.1299 plan (4mbps unlimited plus a landline). In total, we made a payment of Rs.8580 in cash (the recipt is included as well). (However, customer care only mentions o[censored]s paying Rs.8400 only. Probably Rs.180 was his inconvenience charge).

After many calls and follow-ups, the net connection was finally installed on 6th January 2016. The landline was nowhere to be seen. It was said that the landline will be arriving soon. To us it did not matter much and so we started using our broadband. To our surprise, the person did not configure the internet and demanded extra charges for it. A charge of Rs.250 was paid additionally just to configure the internet with our existing router.

Moreover, even after configuring the router, the internet did not work properly. (I shall say, it is sheer lack of customer service and lack of motivation as well.) We had to make inordinate calls to get our connection working. To our utter dismay, the sales executive behaved rudely every time we used to call. He even warned us that our number will be placed in black-list if we continue to call him regarding our 'net not working' complaints. Which kind of customer service and customer satisfaction priority is this, for a company like RCOM?

Once after our incessant complaints, when a technician visited, we learned that at our usage location, it was not possible to get the benefit of our 1299 PLAN i.e. 4mbps speed. It came to us as a shock. The shock was even harsher when on our next call to Customer Care we were told that our plan has been converted to a lower plan of 2mbps without even intimating us. We never needed a 2mbps plan. We had paid for a 4mbps plan and that was our basic requirement.

As the days passed, the dissatisfaction from the broadband grew massively intolerable. After every span of few hours in case of no usage, it needs to be logged in again and for the login page to be displayed and working it takes some 15 to 20 minutes, which is not acceptable to any customer. We have called several times about all these issues to the customer care. However, every time we call customer care, they never lodge a complaint and just give phony assurances. The situation is so worse at Reliance Customer Care that even after dictating them the whole complaints that need to be filed, they write a complaint according to what they deem fit.

We are just a group of four girls, who stay together. Some o[censored]s are studying and some working. We do not have time and energy to get into a tussle with the sales executive, whose threatenings shake us from within. Also, we do not have the strength to cope up with the maze-like customer (dis)service that RCOM has. All we want is forfeiture of our connection and right payback of our money.

To list everything in a nutshell:
1. We were cheated to buy a plan which was not actually available at RCOM for us. Thus, we have not used the connection as it was supposed to be used.
2. Neither did we receive any landline connection.
3. We were later argued by customer care, that we will need to pay installation charges. The question is why? (We signed up for a six months advance payment plan which did not have any installation fees, then why do we need to pay installation, if we are not moving out of RCOM on our whims and fancy, but due to false promises and bad customer service on behalf of RCOM).
4. Another call to customer care explained to us that we were charged on a pro-data basis for 1099 plan (What...1099 plan...what is this?). We never opted for this plan. We opted for 1299 plan and it was not provided by RCOM to us. Shouldn't it be us demanding an extension of services if we were practically not able to use the internet, as promised, during that span.
5. On calling for the termination of services, the customer care has become even more negligent and just want to milk maximum money. Is that what you do? Removing all possibilities for the customer to take any other RCOM product in future?

A proper resolution is: Charge us Rs.699 for a month plan (the service that was actually used by us, and not the 1099 plan which they have misappropriated). Give us the remaining money back without any further inconveniences of time consuming and least effective customer care calls. Give us back Rs.250 charged additionally for installing, as the person did not install it correctly and we had to relogin every time we wished to use it. Till now, we are not demanding any thing extra. However, if our mental torture doesn't ends here, we will have to take the matter to media and judiciary.
