[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Balance Deduction

Every month I am complaining about my balance deduction, whenever I am calling to customer care they told that its by mistake, I am frustrate with this service. every month balance deduction of more then 500/- is not fare.

Reliance — Stop service without intimation

I was using reliance unlimited tariff plan Rs 599/- on [protected] for 30 days but cut my service on 16th day without intimation so please take suitable action to provide me service for balance 14 days at your earliest.

My balance was deducted on 27th Dec'11.....Rs.30.In evening it was Rs.67......At night, Rs.37. No intimation was given to me regarding balance deduction or activation of any service. By chance I checked my account balance & came to know about it.

And till today, I'm unable to connect to customer care representative...as every time my call is being disconnected by the reliance itself. I am facing this problem since Oct'2011.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible & refund Rs.30 back.

I have a complaint, my balance is been cut like anything, situation is from starting, whenever i complaint there, They credit my balance, but next time whenever i check my balance, it is being debited, i m totally frustated. I don't know what to do. Plz help me yaar, and also thing that your customer care exicutive is not taking any call. I had call you several time on several no. like 333, 369, 198 etc. but atlast no conclusion.

I am in facing big trouble with reliance GSM service every month they deducted some amount from my mobile account & after complaining some time they returned the deducted amount some time may be not .I m facing this problem from last four months i have deactivated all its useless services but still i am getting useless services to be activated without any intimation.i have activated DND service also but still i am getting irritated calls from network.i hope that u resolve my problem immediately.

I m reliance gsm customer from last 5 years my no is [protected]. And my balance has been deducted 16 january 2012. And when i complain to the customer care they asked me that balance has been deducted for using music mania service nd ur balance is not refunded. So plz help me regarding my problem.

My mobile no. is [protected] and i recharge my mobile with a tarriff of 77 rs.which is not working yet.and today they deducted a balance of 110 rs. from that no. and thier customer care are also not in a position to solve my complaint.so i request you to please take a serious action against them.

Reliance gsm mobile service deduct my balance each and every time i get my phone recharged. Its really difficult to get my phone recharge and because of it i cannot call any of my relative or friends and they have to call me. They say sometimes i activate fun services sometimes friendship services and cut my balance even though i did not activate it. i cannot change my number due to some problem. so i request you kindly lodge my complain against this reliance gsm service. i will be very thankful to you .

Reliance Mobile — we are unable to check balance

We have Reliance GSM connection in our mobile. We want to check balance in the mobile but we are not being able to check through SMS. We dial *367# . it display the results as unknown. pls do the needful. We are suffering since 1 month.

Reliance Mobile — My number has been closed without giving any information

Dear Sir,

I have recharged my mobile with 799 and currently I am in between my tariff period but they have closed my number and say that your document is not completed but the thing is that I am using this number before 8 month and had deposited all required document.
so on 14-02-12 they have closed my number without giving any information means they did not give me any message or call suddenly they closed my number.If they wanted my document then they should give one message at least regarding this.
Please do not break my hope on this because this is unfair.

On 17th December Rs.75.00 was deducted from my account. First Rs. 8 was deducted, then Rs. 4 and finally Rs.63. Total being Rs.75.00. I had free local calling, sms, and 3G plan already in my mobile. So there was no chance of any deduction. I lodges a complaint on the same day Reliance at there Reliance House office in Park Street. The customer care representative lodged the complaint, complaint no. being[protected]. On 19th i received a message from the customer care that the complaint has been processed but no balance was refunded back in my account. So again on 20th i lodged a complaint, the complaint number being[protected]. Again on 27th i received a message that the complaint has been processed but still i dint receive any refund. After this i had already visited the reliance house office at park street but the customer care representative are not doing any thing. so please look into the problem. Reliance Communication — unnecessary deduction of balance

I am having a reliance number. i had night callng scheme on that number.(Rs. 69, 5000 mins,validity 30 days). i had recharged my phone on 8th jan 2012 for Rs.69 to activate the night calling scheme,and after completion of 30 days,i again recharged the number by Rs.69 on 8th feb 2012. but on 18th feb my scheme got deactivated and my whole balance got deducted. on contacting the customer care,they said that you had recharged your number before 30 days,therefore the recharge made by you on 8th feb is cancelled and the scheme cannot be activated on your number.

Balance reduce to zero within 5 days of rechargeing of Rs. 505/- without using so much. no complain number available to know the reason. Mobile no [protected].

RCom is a chor company... I am their postpaid subscriber in Mumbai. what they do is that every other month they will add Rs.5 - Rs.10 on the pretext of MMS and their stupid R-world charge... when I never MMS nor I ever click that bloody 'r-world '... but when i complain they do revert... .but this they must be doing to all of their subscribers... and most of them care not to check the bill and even if many do... they think who will call for Rs.5...and this way this trick of RCOM earns them in lakhs or crores.. Rs.10 x subscribers all over india.. they even sometimes add Rs.60 for some freaking shayari service and callertunes... just imagine the illegitimate profits they make !... WE MUST COMPLAIN DIRECTLY TO TRAI INSTEAD OF COMPLANING TO RCOM... they will silently refund my and ur money so that they can fool around with their other customers... and this practice must be stopped and they must be fined heavily !

Sir, I am using Reliance GSM network and my number is [protected]. Sir, I had a recharge of Rs 39 for "Message Pack" on 5th January,2012 which was to last for 30 days. On 4th February I received a message from the company that my "Message Pack" will be renewed and the related amount will be deducted from my account. Till evening of 6th Feb my message rate was that of my message pack, in the evening I had a recharge of 160. At that time they did not deduct the balance for message pack from my main balance and started charging me at normal rate which is without message pack. I enquired for the same to the customer care and they advised me to recharge again for the message pack and no amount will be deducted from your main account. So, I have a recharge for the same on 7th Feb. After the recharge I again got a message that your message pack has been activated and they again deducted amount for that from my main account. I again enquired for the deduction from the customer care. They told me that if extra balance is deducted from your account we will refund it to you. They told me that due to technical updation we can not check your details so please call after some time. I called them 5-6 times and they gave me same answer. On the very next day they locked my number and I was not able to call them. The day after tomorrow I again called them, again I got the same reply every time I called them.
Till date I have not got my deducted amount and they even do not lodgged any complain for that. This has caused a lot of mental harassment and even calling them again and again has caused a lot of disturbance to me.
So, I want a case against Reliance communication for not solving their customer query, poor facility and mental harassment.
