[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Balance Deduction

05 oct. 2013 I recharged my prepaid no.[protected] with amount 200 and received 230 talktime. After some time my balance remained rs. 170. There is no value added service activated from my side and I have confirmed it by customer care representative and neither the deduction is from internet gprs.. I have data pack activated and I still have data left I have recent data left msg. I have Screenshot of all the msgs of data information. Itz being more then 30 hrs. Still I am not getting any help from reliance neither they telling me the deduction reason nor they filing any complaint. I would like to see your serious concern against it.seniors are also not helping me. They avoiding it by saying technical error is there call later.2 days about to pass still I am getting same feedback from them. kindly look into this matter and tell the company to refund my deducted amount. Thank youSent from Samsung Mobile

Reliance Communication — Worst Service Ever a man can dream

i have two pre paid numbers from reliance communications
GSM - [protected]
CDMA - [protected]

i have been complaining to them from past 2.5 years about network issue at my residence
everytime after telling them the whole story a case is opened .. after some days on inquiring they say problem solved and case closed
they have never bothered to call for the network problem

but yes for bill payment of my data card no [protected] i start getting call 15 days before the last due date and at times the collection person come to collect even after 8 days of payment.

they had offered me a scheme on my data card and they denied aknowledge the fact that it was their company scheme .. their web world humilated me as if i was some lier ... on repeated calls i was asked to call the nodal officer Tilak Chatterjee who doesnt takes call and asked to go to their corporate office

i wish their company is penalised for the harresment and their licence get taken back - they dont deserve to be in service industry

Reliance India Mobile — Balance lost three times

I was using your mobile service by m no.[protected] since last three years but i am sorry to say that after deducting from my balance 3 times RS.30,03,and again Rs.30 I stopped your service.after talking with c. care so many times i could not get positive answer at last I did quit to avail your service.during quit still i had balance of RS.6/-left.
Now i request you to look in this matter and intimate me.If my balance re stored Rs(.30+03+30=63), I can think to re join your service.I would like to inform that all amount was deducted for"shero shayri"In this regard I am also very care full because I was connected with so many relatives, peoples by this M No..Thanks.

I am Jitendra kumar from Delhi having reliance gsm number

COMPLAINT-1
Sir deduction of Rs 10 is done from my balance on dated 09/10/2010
without any information by reliance gsm and his customer care executive said i
activated caller tune service while i not activated any such type of
service and not recieved any information via any communication mode(sms/or call).

COMPLAINT-2
Sir i deactivated my sms 26 plan through sms and recieved a feedback
message on dated 29/09/10. I am not activate this service after this
but Rs13 are deducted from my balance on dated 07/10/2010. When i
call *333 reliance customer care executive said that balance is deducted
due to the auto renewed of sms pack service. I have feedback
message from reliance which clears the deactivation SMS26 saved in my inbox as refrence.

Sir i submitted three online complaints to reliance([protected]@relianceada.com). I am facing so many problems because of that so, i requested you to please take some strict action aganist them.

Reliance Communication — deduction of msg more than the SMS pack

My no. has been recharged with Rs11 SMS pack which is auto renewal, On may this pack had been withdrawn and after that i recharged my no. with Rs. 26 SMS pack but on the next day reliance deducted amount of Rs.11 than i made a complaint of it than customer care said they will not refund the money. But again on yesterday (7 november 2010.) automatically the pack had been withdrawn before the date of end of the pack and sms charged worth 0.50 paise. on making complaint 1 customer care representative had not helped me and said due to technical upgradation call me later even he took all of my details but cudnt helped me. Than again i called than Mr. Ashish picked the call he himself so confused and not able to resolved my problem and said that i was transfering your call to superior person but no one picked it than again ashish took the call and said that within 24 hrs your no. will be recharged with Rs11 SMS pack otherwise they will make the complaint of it.

from last 15 days i suffered so much because of reliance and they are not able to resolved the problem every time they have excused that due to technical upgardation call us later and nevr take another a problem on the same call.

This is not happen one time, it happen with me many times and it results to my fainacial loss..

Reliance GSM — Deduction of balance before time

I subscribed callertune on my number on 16/10/2010. And on 12/11/2010 i got a message from reliance that your callertune charges will be renewed on 15/11/2010. But they deduct 10rs from my balance today (on 13/11/2010) by sending the message that your callertune has been renewed successfully. And when i asked to write the complaint at customer care, then the customer care executive first told that the system is down so we cannot write the complaint and then when i call back then the same person first said now your charges will not be deduct again then I said I dont want to subscribe the callertune again the he said you charges are deducted because o[censored]sing internet and when I again asked to write the complaint then he again said I cannot write the complaint as my system is down.

Why my balance deducted before time? Why system becomes down if they dont haveproper answer?
Please do the needful because earlier also some charges were deducted from my balance and i didnot get back.

It is not the question of just Rs 10 but why they deduct the balance without any reason?

DO NOT CALL service is already active on my mobile.
But still without my knowledge,everytime, by one or other mean my balance gets deducted.

Now this time, its Cricket pack.
I didnt noticed this for few days but my balance gots deducted on regular basis.

When I made a complaint to customer care, they reversed just 1 day deducted amount.
but still, my balance is being deducted on regular basis.

I complaine for this probleme many times to customercare and there customercare mail address. but nov-15 cut of my all balance(over 102 rs.) with out any proper cause. i tryed to contacet them but they ignored my call an complain . They also dos't give me customer complain no when i requested.
At last i decided for give this information to you. So i am waiting for a good action taken by them against them.

Reliance GSM Telecom Ltd. — Useless Balance Deduction

An amount of Rupees Thirty has been deducted from my prepaid balance on 31.10.2010 stating the reason for deduction as renewal of “Khel Khel Mein” in a message from you in my cell phone. But I have never paid for or availed any such service named “Khel Khel Mein” from your company earlier. So the question of renewal does not arise and the deduction from my prepaid balance is quite improper.

i have reliance prepaid connection no is [protected] ,but till the date company has stolen my balance without any reason, i had post many complaints in reliance gallery, but i have not get any possitive responce from company,i had post complaint agains company n after that company exucutive had called me for refund my mobile balance, but till date balance not refunded,and in last week again Rs.40 of balance deducted,

i hope this time u take a action agains it.

Hi,

I am using reliance GSM no. Every 2nd day my balance got deducted for one or the other service. This time they deducted Rs 51 from my balance for 15 days GPRS pack. I have not activated this pack from my side. I called to the complaint centre.
First executive - Named ASISH from reliance complaint centre gave me a case id [protected] and said that pls call after 1 PM your details will then be reflecting in our system, give this case id to the executive n he will divert your call to me(Ashish).
When i called at 1:10 PM
Second executive - Named Valsej told me that there is no case logged on your name. when talked to him harshly he told me call us after 6 hours then your details will be reflecting in the system. Also, in our conversation he said that if service is activated we(reliance) will not give money back.
But i have not requested for the service activation.
This is completly injustice, keeping balance in mobile is like a crime. Whenever there is balance in mobile they use to activate one or the other service. Very poor service , poor Courstomer care executive with no skills.
Please look into this.
